- Nikhil's world crashes when he breaks up with his long-time girlfriend. He is failing at everything at this point. Things get worse when he breaks down in front of a potential client leaving everyone in the meeting embarrassed and disappointed including the boss. Nikhil will now have to face the serious repercussions for the same. Will he get fired? Watch the full video to know what happens next.

He was like my elder brother.
One day i started to cry at office place. Everyone was making fun of me.
But he said office bhi toh apna ghr hi hai or hum us family ka part hain.humko ek doosre ko samjhna chaiye, wo bhi tab jab aap apne home se kms door ho.😊😊
It is really a great concept. I think we need to teach our male kids to show up their emotions whenever required. 😊

Generally we r taught to suppress our emotions not just as men's but women's too, people like Nikhil's colleague mock at someone being vulnerable that's the reason mostly people pretend to be happy everytime, even if there's a turmoil they're going thru in their respective live(s). Suppressing emotions is a quality, which could be acquired only by lot of practice. Have you seen expression on face of Cleopatra returning to her palace after observing defeat of Antonio in naval warfare? Read Gita. Please understand that, no organization will tolerate either emotional outburst of any employee or dereliction of duty in the name of personal problem. The concerned employee will be thrown out of organization then and there, without notice.

Anyway, from my experience of working in PSU and private construction companies, I am of the impression that dereliction of duty on plea of personal problems or emotions is never tolerated in today's competitive market. In PSU, it may take time of few days, but in private companies, such employees would be thrown out then and there. It is obviously legitimate as companies pay for jobs and not to see emotional drama of staff.

Crying is just an emotion ....like being happy/ laughing/ smiling....phir chahe wo insaan roye ya koi animal....I strongly think that people who cry and let out their emotions are more strong ...letting ones' tears flow out doesn't make the person weak... especially ladkon ko ab ye sikhana chahiye that it's totally fine for a boy to cry ....nothing to feel ashamed about....we should refrain from telling especially the boy kids that ladkiyon ki tarha Rona bandh karo....instead we should teach our boy kids that ache insaan wo hothe hain jo rulathe nai hain....awsome story line guys....keep it up team life tak....Aisa work space go jahan emotional support and freedom ho toh job karne mein mazaa hi aa jaye...who would like to leave such an understanding organisation for literally anything under the sun

Good. This reminded me of ISRO chief crying after failure and PM Sir consoling him. We cannot separate our emotions that's what makes us human. As a mental health professional, I always encourage people to express your emotions but to correct people who will understand your state of mind and support you rather than judge you or preach you.
