Keep your precepts, give charity, and meditate. Then you are already a Buddhist. Go TH-cam and learn about meditation yourself.

You don't really have to suffer a lot to look for a way to overcome. Because The video is lecture,not a debate.though the video is titled as reply,the monk is actually giving his normal lecture which is given in every Buddhist temple.most people,just read verses from Wikipedia and get a wrong idea of Buddhism in theirs head.they just don't realize that what they are reading is just heading not the whole chapter and to know the concept of something someone must know the chapter.
Buddha epicenter is human being not any god or nor any super natural almighty.
