    I pack tofu and precooked beans, they’re filling and don’t spoil quickly

    What snacks would you recommend packing for kids school snack time in class?

      What age of kiddos? Is it a shared snack for the class or just for your child? My kiddos are in preschool and do shared class snack rotations. My favorite thing to send when it's their turn to make sure they all get a protein plus something fresh are cheese sticks and either a fruit or veggie (usually pepper sticks.) Sometimes I will send larabars, scout bars, or (very occasionally per my son's request) kid's kind bars.
