I just came across you today, starting with your acknowledgment of Tractor Supply. I enjoy watching, getting to see your farm, watching the animals, and occasionally seeing some of your family. I have never understood those kinds of people. On our farm, and I suspect on this farm (since I'm not a sub, just wandered into the conversation) we loved and cared for all our animals, even the ones meant for harvest. My Mom and Dad always made sure we understood, we are meant to be stewards of the land, and the animals in it. Those poor beasts in the stockyards stay cooped up with thousands of others, and the slaughterhouses are horrible. But people who don't live close to the land will never understand this--I guess they think that meat came born in a pink foam box all wrapped up in cellophane, from birth.

There are these trolls that do not know what they are talking about. Love watching your channel, love seeing the family. I have seen people on FB ask questions, then I count.... 1, 2, 3 let the rampage begin. Just found your channel and enjoy it. We are a senior couple (late 70's) that live in a tiny house that started out at 240 sf and has grown to 504sf over a 7 year period. We have a "homestead" that we call "T.A.G.'s Place" in a small northern Missouri town. We are "off-grid" as much as they will let us be, meaning we are on solar but city water/sewer. -:((. ( My husband enjoys teaching about "total off grid living on a small budget".) Anyway, the main reason that I'm posting is my husband says your bag is a "Bat Bag". (He had to explain what that was). No one is forcing them to watch your channel. So, if they don't like what is on the blog for the day don't watch!!!!!! As for reporting you, they have nothing to report you for. I only came across your channel the other day... it was when your lovely German Shepherd was giving birth and had second puppy on Vets floor. I happened to be just browsing through videos of dogs and noticed yours. I instantly became hooked. Anyone with an ounce of brain would immediately your personality and good heart and would see the same regarding your lovely family. So glad you are not allowing these "haters" stop you with continuing doing what your doing. I live in the U.K and am 66 years old. Life is for living not for hating and during this terrible time of COVID lockdown it helps enormously to be able to share someone's love of life and all things good. I stumbled upon ur videos due to watching those type of videos & first let me say Farming is NOT EASY but I have to tell u, Your home, your property, your place is in wonderful condition, it’s absolutely the most BEAUTIFUL SCENERY. Your animals are in great shape, you work so very hard on your homestead & THE QUALITY u put out from ALL your videos are spectacular! ...turn u in for what?? Ur animals are taken care of, they are well fed and the hard work you put in shines right through! Please ignore the bull crap. I am always impressed by the love & care u give to these animals & to your family. I turned to this channel because of Aarms Family Homestead. I might be new to this channel but I like it. Because its family based plus inspiring for me to raise my own crop and livestock. Like you said hater's are going to hate. And I'm sure that Daniel had a lot of hate comments when he decided to leave his job of a state trooper. But I'm sure he to do like you did. It is sad people don't have anything to focus on that they have to cause trouble every where they type. :P I started a new hobby on jan. 27, 2020. It is extreme couponing and i am so much better than i thought i could be at it. Is a reason to leave house for me and my family gets to stock up on things we use daily. I have had strangers say things to me about using coupons in stores. I ignore them because when i am getting paid to take OLay body wash, L'oreal moisturizer, Oral B tooth brushes, and laundry soap out of store then i am going to keep it up. We are a multifamily unit so we go through more than a normal house hold. I use everything i buy. Getting things cheap or free make me happy because that means more money for food. :P Keep up your good work and positiveness. I enjoy watching you when i can and i love seeing your family. Well, I grew up on a farm in Kansas (1940s - 50s). We were worked to death, lol. Milked cows by hand, learned to get chickens ready for the frying pan, can tomatoes, veggies, and fruit from our fruit trees, weed the garden and so on. There was always something to do. We four kids ran all over the farm, went wading in the creek, played in the snow in the winter - a great life for kids. We learned how to be responsible and we gained a lot of practical knowledge and skills that most kids just don't get anymore. I really admire you and your dedication and commitment to a healthy life. Really wonderful how you and your wife are raising your children. I'm sure your channel informs and inspires many people.

My son and his family rescued a horse a few years ago it had lived its whole life by itself in a vacant field by their house with no care at all it was extremely emaciated and only had stagnant water to drink, they brought it home and the whole family fell in love with him (Ray) in about three months he didn't even look like the same horse he gained weight and was getting healthy they were told that since he was around sixteen and never been rode they would never be able to ride him but to everyones amazement he excepted them and allowed them to do about anything they wanted to do to him ,i believe it was because he was so lonely before and now he felt real love , about two years of having him he started getting sick and losing weight they consulted a vet and started treatment which they later found out was misdiagnosed (was actually cancer) but in that time their busy body neighbors called the sheriff on them over and over about the horses condition each time the sheriff seemed to get more aggressive toward them finally after getting the right diagnosis the vet had to put the horse down and while my son and his family were grieving over their families loss and burying him the sheriff showed up again threatening to arrest my son for trying to get rid of evidence by burying the horse because the neighbor had called and said my son had shot the horse which was a flat out lie and after looking at the paperwork and talking to the vet the sheriff told them they were lucky they were not going to be charged (later found out the sheriff was a friend of the neighbor) point is some know it alls assume that they know something, without knowing the truth then stick their nose in someone else's business and cause problems, when God was actually using my son and his family to give that horse love and attention in the last few years of his life

Knowing that, all the more reason to try to maintain positive thoughts and vigilant cognition. We cannot fight these demon's alone, and need our familiar to equate with. The way I look at you tube creators is that they are creating these videos for ENTERTAINMENT OR LEARNING PURPOSES.. I am watching these videos because I find either entertainment or other value in the videos. I would never take anything in the videos and turn them into authorities without knowing the person "in real face to face " life and actually witnessing the situation that deserves a call to the authorities first hand.. videos can be edited!!! This is my TV.. I do not watch tv at all. I can find real news and real entertainment right here!!!

First time seeing your vids and love the content. So real and natural. From one veteran to another, keep your head on a swivel and let them haters rot. Or just offer them a walk in the woods during hunting season and tell them to make sure they wear their deer coat (antlers and all). Just kidding, kind of. Put a "No Trespassing" sign at your drive way and that way nobody can come on your land without paperwork or your authorization.

I watch so many videos on animal cruelty & emaciated animals & it is always so sad but when the aspca take control its justifying to see the end results. I stumbled upon ur videos due to watching those type of videos & first let me say Farming is NOT EASY but I have to tell u, Your home, your property, your place is in wonderful condition, it’s absolutely the most BEAUTIFUL SCENERY. Your animals are in great shape, you work so very hard on your homestead & THE QUALITY u put out from ALL your videos are spectacular! ...turn u in for what?? Ur animals are taken care of, they are well fed and the hard work you put in shines right through! Please ignore the bull crap. I am always impressed by the love & care u give to these animals & to your family. Very impressed by how creative you are & thank u for sharing so much with us, nobody is perfect but the way I c it, you & your family & animals are as close to it as I have ever seen! You are the prime example of what people should do to properly take care of their kids, animals and homestead! Don’t let that discourage you! You all do an amazing job!!! Thank u for your videos🙏🏽

I turned to this channel because of Aarms Family Homestead. I might be new to this channel but I like it. Because its family based plus inspiring for me to raise my own crop and livestock. Like you said hater's are going to hate. And I'm sure that Daniel had a lot of hate comments when he decided to leave his job of a state trooper. But I'm sure he to do like you did. It is sad people don't have anything to focus on that they have to cause trouble every where they type. :P I started a new hobby on jan. 27, 2020. It is extreme couponing and i am so much better than i thought i could be at it. Is a reason to leave house for me and my family gets to stock up on things we use daily. I have had strangers say things to me about using coupons in stores. I ignore them because when i am getting paid to take OLay body wash, L'oreal moisturizer, Oral B tooth brushes, and laundry soap out of store then i am going to keep it up. We are a multifamily unit so we go through more than a normal house hold. I use everything i buy. Getting things cheap or free make me happy because that means more money for food. :P Keep up your good work and positiveness. I enjoy watching you when i can and i love seeing your family. That honey made me jealous other day lol if i lived by someone who had honey i would try and barter some honey for stuff they need. :P

Well, I grew up on a farm in Kansas (1940s - 50s). We were worked to death, lol. Milked cows by hand, learned to get chickens ready for the frying pan, can tomatoes, veggies, and fruit from our fruit trees, weed the garden and so on. There was always something to do. We four kids ran all over the farm, went wading in the creek, played in the snow in the winter - a great life for kids. We learned how to be responsible and we gained a lot of practical knowledge and skills that most kids just don't get anymore. I really admire you and your dedication and commitment to a healthy life. Really wonderful how you and your wife are raising your children. I'm sure your channel informs and inspires many people.

My son and his family rescued a horse a few years ago it had lived its whole life by itself in a vacant field by their house with no care at all it was extremely emaciated and only had stagnant water to drink, they brought it home and the whole family fell in love with him (Ray) in about three months he didn't even look like the same horse he gained weight and was getting healthy they were told that since he was around sixteen and never been rode they would never be able to ride him but to everyones amazement he excepted them and allowed them to do about anything they wanted to do to him ,i believe it was because he was so lonely before and now he felt real love , about two years of having him he started getting sick and losing weight they consulted a vet and started treatment which they later found out was misdiagnosed (was actually cancer) but in that time their busy body neighbors called the sheriff on them over and over about the horses condition each time the sheriff seemed to get more aggressive toward them finally after getting the right diagnosis the vet had to put the horse down and while my son and his family were grieving over their families loss and burying him the sheriff showed up again threatening to arrest my son for trying to get rid of evidence by burying the horse because the neighbor had called and said my son had shot the horse which was a flat out lie and after looking at the paperwork and talking to the vet the sheriff told them they were lucky they were not going to be charged (later found out the sheriff was a friend of the neighbor) point is some know it alls assume that they know something, without knowing the truth then stick their nose in someone else's business and cause problems, when God was actually using my son and his family to give that horse love and attention in the last few years of his life

Knowing that, all the more reason to try to maintain positive thoughts and vigilant cognition. We cannot fight these demon's alone, and need our familiar to equate with. The way I look at you tube creators is that they are creating these videos for ENTERTAINMENT OR LEARNING PURPOSES.. I am watching these videos because I find either entertainment or other value in the videos. I would never take anything in the videos and turn them into authorities without knowing the person "in real face to face " life and actually witnessing the situation that deserves a call to the authorities first hand.. videos can be edited!!! This is my TV.. I do not watch tv at all. I can find real news and real entertainment right here!!!

I think so too. One turkey, one chicken or one duck just doesn't work well. They need their own kind. They are flock animals. Just like herd animals need a herd, even if it's only a small herd or 2 or 3. They are much happier with others like themselves.

First time seeing your vids and love the content. So real and natural. From one veteran to another, keep your head on a swivel and let them haters rot. Or just offer them a walk in the woods during hunting season and tell them to make sure they wear their deer coat (antlers and all). Just kidding, kind of. Put a "No Trespassing" sign at your drive way and that way nobody can come on your land without paperwork or your authorization.
