Yes, I also loved the Dietdoctor! They were one of my first channels when I started Keto. And they had (or still have) shopping lists, recipes and tip/ tricks how to get started. Thanks for reminding me 🤓

Yes Andreas from Diet Doctor seems like a nice guy. Too bad he sold out! (IMO) But I think he learned his lesson.

15:48 “But [the doctor] was against it…he’s the boss.” This is so wrong in so many levels! He works for you! You should _not be_ at his mercy! Glad you ultimately got it sorted and were able to get your old doc back.

Yes, I agree. The doctors should listen to the patient.

    Ah, doctors and statins 🤣
Saw a stat once, it takes roughly 20 years for a low key medical discovery to be made and have it filter down to the common doctor's practice. Most of that is from new doctors being trained in the new way and entering the workforce creating critical mass to change current doctor minds, not from current doctors picking up the scientific discoveries on their own. So never expect any doctor to be up to date on everything, the odds are extremely high they are not and you're betting on the losing horse.
    Thanks for sharing Olle!

I believe a lot of it has to do with the fact that they have these “standards of care.” If they don’t follow them, they leave themselves open to malpractice lawsuits.
