    hello doctor how much time it take to recover after these excersize because after a month later my 1 mile race happen what should i do please reply

    It hurts when I bend my leg especially when laying down and when I rotate my knee I feel it in the back of my knee and calf and knee and shin.

      @@FeelGoodLife thank you for your help, I used to kick the heavy bag with alot of power sometimes, do heavy lifting and weights I was 16-17. I got this pain in November now 18 but still hurting. It's been life changing for all the wrong reasons. I'm not even sure what it is but if it's knee arthritis then I will do the exercises you've showed. Thank you for your help.
