I never knew much about Muay Thai before I came here. But only after two weeks, I heard about the legendary Sangtennoi and his famous gym - an environment sought by all foreigners.
His methods and training are fully old school, giving 100% knowledge in the most minimalistic manners.
Sangtennoi not only became a renowned icon of the sport through his own fights, but created many icons during his time as a trainer.
His story humbled me thoroughly, and I believe it will provide you all with insight as well. Enjoy!
