Yet members are given without leaving for their own children, members should not be stupid. A lot of these so-called pastors who ask you to give to them and neglect your children's inheritance while they are saving all over the world for their own children. If they claim God called them, then they should believe that God will provide, why deceive members to give money that they should use for themselves, and they will live lavishly.
Why did the brother not go directly to the poor and give the money? he doesn't need to go through the church to help anybody. You can go directly, that is what we are directed to in the bible.
I have also noticed that many Christian’s go to their pastor to pray for and get advice for all sorts of things they can directly ask the Holy Spirit. Many Churches don’t teach that the HS is within.
