My business is growing so much, it’s almost out of control the demand I have is too intense. You can say I have good problems which I know they are. But damn it’s hard. I’m overwhelmed. 3 years in. Making 1.4M a year. The money is not the issue it’s the amount of work I have. Too much.

I’m struggling with getting commercial work. I’m in the steel industry. It seems as though you’ve built a brand in the residential sector. Do you have any suggestions for commercial? How to get on bid lists . Who to go to for the contracts?
@Nefu860 Where are you located I do architectural & residential custom welding work & we are booming In Central Florida. I do high end residential & commercial work!
First, identify the pains/challenges your target clients have, figure out how to become the solution. Then build a prospect database (a lot of tools out there) and then do direct outreach (cold email/call) to get in front of them. Essentially you're looking to get their attention as to what you offer that matters to them, if you've done this right they will raise their hand. I'll also say you don't really just want to end up on a bid list, then you're just going to be wasting time cranking out estimates and competing purely on price.

Go meet them. Call them. Send a carrier pigeon. That will create momentum.
