      My brother left behind a 13 yr old daughter and he was a single Dad... despite her deep understanding of his love for her, it has really messed up her life. It breaks my heart that another young girl is going through similar trauma. Hopefully her mother’s role will someday come to light and as traumatic as that will be.. at least she’ll have some clarity.

      Yeah, I don’t get it. I went through a very nasty divorce and have so much contempt for my ex-wife (she lied and claimed I was a drug addicted whore monger, but since I’d been on prescribed OxyContin for 5 months for back surgery, and opiates would he made hookers a waste of money), but I could never bring myself to wish anything bad to happen to the mother of my child. She’s a far better parent than I.

    • @JustDiane71
      @JustDiane71 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Was divorce too when my daughter was 4. My ex and I always treated each other with respect, kept the bs to minimum. We did any big celebration for her (dance recitals, school events, graduation, etc) together with our new spouses. School meetings were always funny, teachers always tell us they'd wish more parents would work together more. Why be at each others throats, just hurts your children and those are the ones we all love the most. Whatever was the failure of your marriage or relationship put it aside for your child and your own self; it can make things much easier in the long run. I'm glad we both took the high road.

      I fear that she'll find out when she's young. How do you think a 14 or 15 year old would handle being told that the father she loved so much that was murdered was planned by her mother? She'd be destroyed by that thought. Not only that but all the comments from people online saying how horrible the mother is, she'd be distraught. Family members of murderers get messaged by people all the time if they can be. And shit, I hope it doesn't happen in school. Imagine all the people online or in real life bullying that kid just because her dad was murdered and she has a psycho mom.

      I've seen a lot of these cases but still, every time I think : Why are people like this? What the fuck's wrong with them? I'm far from a philanthropist but I just don't understand a mindset that disregards another's life like this, especially someone they once loved.
      I could only sort of understand the mindset if you did the worst kind of stuff to her first.

    • @jzero5461
      @jzero5461 3 ปีที่แล้ว +58

      @@proudtobeme1ashkente Its usually an impulsive action when you feel there's no other way. In the example of the mother of my child, she had launched an all out war against me in custody court with every accusation under the sun from drug use to rape. Not only was I able to disprove these accusations easily, but I was able to prove she had knowingly fabricated them. This put her in a seriously bad position and she knew it. She obviously saw no way out other than to have me killed. I don't think she is a killer, she was just in a bad position where she could lose custody of her daughter which led to her to do something she would never do otherwise.

      She's just an awful human being from what I can see. The hit job is bad enough but those accusations could have ruined your reputation if a court had found them to be true. I'm not sure how many people knew of or attended those court proceedings, but there's very often a leak.
      That woman sounds crazy, so who knows, she could've deluded herself into being correct about her accusations and cite the court decision as proof. And then told others about it.
      I'm glad your proceedings went well. And it sounds like you don't even hold that much of a grudge, which is commendable. I know I wouldn't be able to think of a person like that with anything but disgust.

      You are far more understanding than most would be, but when such a thing impacts your children's spiritual and mental health, it is a selfless feat to think of them first and not try to destroy their mother, even after such a thing. They know, and all they want and need is your love. I commend you for that.

By bringing awareness to cases like his Mike is opening up the possibility of more people seeing how a truly great man was taken out by terrible people. It’s such a bittersweet feeling because on one hand the creeps who were involved receive recognition but more importantly hundreds if not thousands of people get to “meet” Don and hear about a man who seemed very happy with so little to the point of taking what little he had and sharing it with everyone who was not as fortunate. Yes, it's insanely improbable the inmate could create such a fitting story about people he didn't know. But it's possible. Also, the killer could have been lying about his wife's involvement. Why? Who knows. Yes, that's improbable too. But he's a psychotic suicidal killer. Maybe he just wanted his wife to fry because she wasn't putting out. Improbable, yes. But you can't throw someone in jail for life based solely on the word of a killer via a random inmate.

    He was attractive, hard working and kind. If his wife kills him In gonna be so mad at her. Been looking for a man like that for decades. As well as many women across the world have too.

      I'm very shocked at the well wishes and support to find a man. I usually get things like "that's wrong" like I deserve to be alone forever. You guys commenting have made my day brighter by just showing some human kindness. Thank you all. And thank you Mike.

      @@jameshopkins503 You don't deserve hate messages like you said. I had to reply to tell you I wish you well in your quest, and I hope you find a guy who makes you happy. I'm with someone, after 8 years of being alone, and if it can happen to me, it can happen to you too. Remember, anything's possible 😁💛✌🏻
