I am sorry to say that your next job is to take it all apart again...purchase a new seal. Then look at your video and you will see that you have driven the seal in from the outer side, IT SHOULD have been driven in from the inside. You removed the shaft and bearings to get access to the seal it goes back together in the reverse of assembly.

Yes i see now that I did go the wrong way. But there is no need to do it all over again since it’s not leaking so I will not touch it

@@jactor7274 Myself being an old man I am glad I was never filmed as I worked....we all make mistakes, it's how we learn. It's a good thing they changed the seal design to all rubber it may be more forgiving. By the way I noticed this as I have seen two or three TH-cam clips were the same mistake was made. In time both seals did require a change out, yet your seal seems much more forgiving, just think about the thousands of weekend warriors that have done the same reverse installation. On Monday they had to go to their local tractor supply for a new seal.

This is an N series ford? Have you tried rolling it in gear and in neutral to move the gears? Try also make sure the pto lever is disengaged

@Jactor tried rocking it in and out of gear. Pto in and out. Im wondering if a bearing or something seized up inside. Everything worked though , just leaking
