I love the design. I have been researching rollators/walkers for weeks. Someone left a comment with your website address for a Hugo rollator and I am sure glad they did. All other manual models are very poor designs.

i just got the xpresso but when i fold it up.. theres no lock for it to keep it in place.. was there no locking mechanism for keeping it folded up? i find i need something cause it keeps unfolding when i move it about into and out of the truck.. should i just go to home depot and rig something up?

Do you need to apply the slow down break device to both wheels or just one? When you order it, are there 2 in the package or just 1. It’s not clear.

My walker is fine, but my basket doesn’t seem to be in the right position. It is very difficult to put anything in it so has become useless. How can I fix this

    How much does it weigh?

Why are the walkers so short that everyone is walking bent over? People should be able to walk upright to avoid lower back pain so making them so short makes no sense. Given the fact that the people in the video seem to be of average height how would a person over 6 feet tall use one?

I live in a seniors lodge where about half of the residents use walkers and most of us walk bent over.
Your reply is less than helpful. Do you have any measurements or just talk?

Thanks but 40 inches is still too short for a tall person like me. I think if it went to about 44 it would keep my lower back from hurting like it does. There's a shorter person here with a walker that goes to 40 inches and he walks with his arms slightly bent which works very well for him. There's no reason why people should have to keep their arms stiff when walking. I've worked with guys as tall as 6 foot 8 inches and if they ever needed a walker they're screwed.

I completely agree! I know of one upright walker, I believe that it is called the UPright Walker, but it seems bulky. I’m on a search for a walker that allows for better posture.
There are also posterior walkers that I am considering.

Doug Fever, I agree, I absolutely have to have a walker (like most of us!), that encourages walking in an upright position. Even if one finds one tall enough, you have to make sure it is built in a way that encourages one to walk 'within' the walker, than sort of 'behind' it. I just don't understand why the professionals are not addressing this issue, whether it is the manufacturers, physical therapists, or doctors (when they see patients in their offices). I'm an RN (now on 'permanent disability'), and I eventually will be needing a proper walker like what you're speaking of. I'm not tall; however, my needs are like yours re: walking upright. Have you seen anyone in your senior lodge with one of the Nitro models? I'm curious about that one. If anyone has discovered a walker that encourages an upright walking position, I'd love to hear about it. I don't quite need one yet; but, I'm trying to sample some now...prior to it becoming a huge physical effort! Thanks!! :)
