    Been to the gym before. Stopped due to depression. Then came back because I got obese due to depression. Now, overweight nalang ako. Found a cheap gym, and diet lang ang naging puhunan ko para makapagbawas ng timbang at ng fats. Walang supplements kasi walang budget, pero meron man o wala, nasa hardwork and dedication pa rin lahat. Dati nag-whey ako and halos same lang din ng progress. It's all built in the kitchen lang din. Kung wala ring budget for supplements, bumawi nalang sa pagkain. Maraming cheap meals na maganda for prepping. May karga man o wala, parehas lang kayo ng goal. Maging best version ng sarili niyo.

    1.Natty w/ proper diet & training (for longevity)
    2.Enhance w/ proper diet, training & protocol (not healthy for longevity, for CONTEST PREP ONLY)
    Let's be frank even with blood works, steroid use causes undesireable effects short term (how your body reacts) or long term (repetitive cycle). Yes, it transform and doubled up your muscle mass from natty 5/5 to enhanced 10/5. Ask yourself, Is it worth the risk? My question applies to everyone.

    Pang-preworkout ko sana tong video para bukas pero okay narin pang-end ng back day. Salamat, Master Ken! Isa rin ako sa naniniwala na kahit natty or enhanced ka pa, iisa parin ang kailangan dun "hardwork". Ayun at ayun naman at the end of the day, yung effort sa training and diet. Abangers na uli ako sa next upload hahaha. Saiyan out!

    isa sa gamot para mawala ang stress at lalo depression ay ang paggym.. ako mismo nakaranas yan lalo dito sa bansang europa na mayrong winter time kukunti ang panahon na may araw o summer.. kaya pinaka the best talaga ay ang pagwoworkout to relieve stress and avoid depression

    Lods keno bakit dati nung naka test, tren, deca ako iba yung level ng confidence ko mula sa pananalita, body language.. Sobrang opinionated ko at puro may sense naiisip ko.. ayun naging react sakin ng gamot bukod pa don yung quality ng pump ko sa gym at build ng katawan ko aesthetic. Kahit skinny fat ako noon grabe naging shape ko nung sinabayan ko ng diet at progressive overload...     Oo idol dami talagang ganyan specially sa pinag gygyman ko haha i'm not saying all pero most of the people are giving biggest excuse about their results which hindi naman naten kasalanan if di na sila nag poprogress lahat ng pwede ma reason out gagamitin nila . Pero they dont understand the true essence and fundamentals kung bakit mo ginagawa yun basta dont compare your self to others always compare it to you more power boss kenn wish i could send some photos to you about my progress sayo lang talaga ako na motivate not bragging this but from 107kg i'm down to 62kg beacause of 1 video that i've watch and everythings make sense na salamat ulet and godbless.💪

    Ako bilang estudyante walang trabaho ang available lang na pinaka kaya kong gawin para makapag pasize uminom ng 6 litro ng tubig sa isang araw at 350g carbs from rice lang kasi ayan lang ang pinaka available sa bahay dimo na need mag labas ng perso, 6 eggs daily. Hindi ito sapat pero ang mahalaga yung meron kang nagagawa para sa goal mo kung ano palang ang available sayo. Hindi quality katawan ko ngayon pero bilang ectomorph masasabi ko may size ako. Cardio nalang pang bawi ko para medyo mabondat

    Good explaination idol. Dagdag ko lng po. Food vs supplements? Xempre mas ok foods. Supplements In terms of fitness goals jan lng nman mag aadd nito. As long na hit ang total daily calorie/macros then you dont need take supplements.

    Ang tunay na natural bro ay yung walang halong iniinum,at hinde yan basihan sa pagiging healthy dahil lumaki lng kayu dahil sa mga iniinum nyu pero sa totoo lng doon mu mababasi kung healthy ka kung taas ang resistensya mu ,napatunayan na talagang wala kayung hangin at madali kayu hingalin ,yung tunay na healthy at natural bro ay yung walang iniinum na mga gamot or suppliment para pang palaki,kung gusto mung tunay na healthy ay mag jogging ka at kumain nang maayos.

    Tama si Ken, challenge ko kayo, subukan nyo mag steroids at wala Kang ginawa kundi kain, Inum tulog, sigurado ako tataba lang kayo, Hindi automatic Ang muscle.
