Hi nurse abena i wasnt aware of this new form but submitted the regular qualification form which was shown in other videos along with the transcript n syllabus
Now that im going to get this form filled should i get my transcript also changed as it wont match the new date in the new form.pls reply and thanks for the info

Hi! There is no need for new transcripts, just repeat same date on the new form to match up with the transcripts date.

Recognize the general nursing division first
After that then you recognize the Pediatric nursing

There are parts where you scroll and select like the postgraduate and undergraduate, how do u do that part dear since you are printing it out

What you are talking about it the step 1 of the process which is done on the portal
You just answer those questions by ticking on your nmbi portal .. that's different from this.
These documents are strictly to be printed out by the applicant for the necessary action.

All forms must be printed out ....the employment forms job responsibilities can be filled using the editor before printing out for your nurse in charge to complete it with handwriting and stamp

Every information on the qualification form should be filled by your school head not you.
So just submit the forms to your nursing school and they will fill, sign and stamp for you
