Dom i think in the crowd the fans shouldn't be wearing their teams shirts as in the 90s and 2000s playoffs some of the fan would wear their teams jerseys and some would wear natural clothes idk I think it would look more authentic that way

I've spent many hours coming up with an All-2000s roster for every team (on paper, of course). But hopefully thanks to people like Thunder Shaq, I'll be able to plug that into 2k and actually play it out in about a month or so when I finally get a gaming PC. Can't wait.

Orlando was a good team, i totally could see that. Mike may have won, but its not like this is crazy. ORL definitely isn't getting swept.
That 97 Bulls team won 69 games and had a back up center who averaged 17 and 9 the next year (when he went to the Pistons). It was probably the best Bulls team. Shaq could have stayed on the Magic and the Magic would have gotten swept in that series.

Injuries plagued that post-Shaq Magic team. If I'm not mistaken Seikaly and Grant weren't available due to injuries for the 1997 playoffs. Then, Penny's knees got worse the following season. Rony Seikaly was no Shaq, but that team should've been more competitive than it was.

I'm currently playing a 1992 march madness type playoff. 2 Playoffs (East & West) for the first round which I will merge into 1 Playoff Bracket after the first round. Have based seeding off real life and placed peli/rapt/grizz/ etc to give top 4 teams a bye for first round. Playing all games alternating i.e Home, away, home, away...this way i get to see and enjoy each and every team. Makes the game so much more enjoyable.
I've been saying that 2K needs an option that lets you pick what draft class you wanna be apart of from like 1984 to present day. I wanna be able to play MyCareer on the Showtime Lakers roster or on the 94 Rockets roster. 2K needs to make something like that happen, it would actually make MyCareer so much more enjoyable.

I did a 1999-2000 sim that I'm gonna carry through to present day NBA. It takes much more time on PS4 but it's possible. Obviously if you find a roster set from earlier you can sim from then, but I found this creator: XvClutchOz that actually has very accurate rosters from the 99-00 season up to last year and the relevant draft classes from the same time frame to use. I made the mistake of using 2k's historic draft classes in 2000 and '01 because they generate most of the players apart from the more relevant ones, classic laziness from the devs. But Clutch's draft classes are actually almost 100% accurate, whenever you hop into myleague and upload a draft class, roster, or even a franchise design (to be more historically accurate), use look up by creator ID and look up: XvClutchOz. Trust me his work actually makes a thorough sim on console possible and I can guarantee its hella fun. Hope this helps.
