Looking great and coming along nicely , I had the 1100k model Suzuki years ago , beautiful looking bikes even today they look superb . Appreciate your hard work and filming great work .👍👍😁
@@Ericinos they can really be a pain in the ass. Especially if they haven't been removed for so many years. A bit of silicon paste and some heat can do miracles though 🙂
I have an 88 GSXR 750 I'm restoring right now. Unfortunately I got the engine back together and I found out it smokes, especially at high rpm. I traced the problem back to a few worn valve guides--it's sucking oil into the cylinders. So now I have to take the head off and replace them. Oh well, wrenching is part of the fun.
@vintagetrikesandquads4012 you're absolutely correct! It is part of fun. You get dirty with oil, it passes you off, you can't find the solution and you drink a lot of coffee. But, in the end, the feeling of satisfaction you get, pays off. Good luck with the cylinder head 👍
Hey man love the channel,,, I hope you continue with the Gsxr slingshot,,,, we’ve got one that’s mint,,,, I’ve got to do the carbs , brakes,,, and hopefully ride ? Lols
@Bmcdanman123 thank you for your comment! It's also nice to hear others resurrecting bikes like this one! Do carbs brakes and oils and your gixxer will pur like a cat 😊
@Bmcdanman123 yes, I have in mind about a presentation video when I'm done with this motorcycle. But then I have a Kawasaki ZX900R to restore, and a friend's Suzuki TL1000R engine full rebuilt. Not to mention the cars. It seems that you'll be seeing me for another decade 😅😅
Super nice you make this vids and so we Can see what you do,, i have a 88 like yours i need to give new life,, and this i Can do with great help from you,, thank you so much.. 🇩🇰 Denmark
