Great video. I will add some of these to my toolbox. I just want to say to everyone, keep fighting and never give give up! Make a plan and set some goals and try to find something that you enjoy. That can help with the mental part of recovery. Having a positive attitude can really help with recovery. The body follows the mind. It's a marathon, not a race. Take care!

I am a board-licensed PT. I am getting to see this technique for the first time. I will try it on my patients that have impaired mobility after CVA.

After 7 years I've just achieved standing on my weak leg and doing leg swings out to the side without the feeling of falling over. Never give up.

Good ideas from a little study. I have limited stand time on the involved leg and a sore cane-hand on the stronger side. I’ll have to give this a try.

This technique is used in strength and conditioning to often help persons correct hip shifting. The exaggeration helps the brain-body connection correct improper technique
