They should've put that information in the first or second stage somewhere
One of my big complaints about Dark Moon is that the enemies are so much more generic than the ones in the originals. The Portrait Ghosts were all unique individuals, and the generic varieties had much better designs than the ones in DM.
I feel the same. Dark Moon has a lot of its charm in other places, but I loved the original game's enemy designs, especially Portrait Ghosts. The whole ghost family thing was so cool, and they all even had bios and 3 paintings each. If this series ever gets a third installment I really hope they return as the minibosses.
There are no Portrait Ghosts, but the generic ghosts from Dark Moon are better than the ones in the first game I believe.
If a bucket is in the room the Greenies would take it and use it to protect against the light, the same goes for other objects... The blue ones hide inside oh things and the purple ones become invisible and go behind you (they were actually thought for the first game and then scrapped).
I think the generics from the first game looked too similar (the orange, pink and blue ones, the monkeys were cool)
Still, the Portraits were awesome, the closest thing we have here are the Three Sisters, the dog, the Blue poltergeist and two Boos

Did you know that if you use the call command with the D-Pad as soon as Luigi grabs an important item like Keys, Gems, or if you do it before entering a mini cutscene like with the bed and the chimney, Luigi will not use his hand during that animation. Its pretty funny when you look at it.

The French pronunciations are kind of annoying though. If you're not going to pronounce the last letter, then don't put it there. Doesn't help when someone pronounces it like that when the spelling is right in front of you. If they wanted it pronounced "foy-ae" then they shouldn't spelled it like it should be pronounced "foy-er", because it is really irritating if there is something there that does absolutely nothing when it looks like it should actually do something.
OdinSnivyGunner it happened gradually because of old french speakers skipping over them and eliding consonant clusters. They still are pronounced sometimes, like in liaisons.

Technically there is infinite money in this game, unlike in the first Luigi's Mansion there are now missions which you can go back to, in the original game there were no missions, just jump in the mansion and find the next boss collecting everything you can along the way (including portrait ghosts of course) still the whole concept of missions is a really fun feature because then you can feel accomplished to finish every last mission with a three star rating and something else you can earn which isn't seen in this episode so I won't do spoilers for those who haven't seen it yet
The song that plays when E.Gadd calls is my ringtone. So everytime it plays in the video it puts me on edge. XD
