I'm curious about what materials did you use for the cabin insulation (Rubber door/window seals, sponge between the back seat and the trunk, sponge padding underneath the dashboard, etc.) and where did you get them from? I'm currently restoring my father's 1972 75L and I must say that your restoration is marvelous beyond applause, I hope I can reach your final quality : )
hi All rubber seals are original, doors, windows. preserved in very good condition. I lack only the rear door rubber seals, I'm at the stage of searching. You can find parts for ebay.de. There are also companies that produce all kinds of rubber seals, not only for cars and are able to choose something with modification. Many so does who deal with restoration of classic cars. dashboard is encased in skin, did a man who deals with sewing leather car interiors, boats. generally there are very few parts for this model in Poland, only in Germany where it comes from this model. I currently sell my audi 60 :) the success of the reconstruction!
The rear door rubber seals are the ones I need the most too :D I'm sure it is easier for you to find this car's parts in Poland than I can find it here where I am in Egypt xD There are less than ten _F103_ cars in the entire country. The one I have was brought by my father when he was studying at Germany by 1974. I couldn't find the blinkers on ebay and I need both sides. If you can help then I would *really* appreciate it. I'm registered for a classic cars gathering next week. I can show people your car and can maybe hook you up with a buyer. If there are links other than this video then please post them : )
