6 months ago I had problems with gyro on one of my joycons and Nintendo did fixed it for free. Took about two weeks including fedex postage which also was covered by Nintendo.

You can fix your Joycon drift yourself in a few minutes. Just buy a new stick, open the joycon and replace them. There's step by step guides to do it, even I managed to do it, and thats saying something
