@davidsTV and @joma-iu4gd - I went down this rabbit hole myself. Sorry I'm months (or years) too late, but I did find something! I don't know exactly what was used in this video - but it looks a lot like the same kind of system used by Angel Chrome (th-cam.com/video/ExtLnbijr1U/w-d-xo.htmlsi=9-ej2z2E9k1CCHxs). It's more of a chemical reaction that silver-plates the piece, than a spray paint.
Nice idea for the Landing Gear mechanism👍🏻 i am Building a 109, but had to Scale it up because of the wing thickness to keep the Original Landing Gear angles with standard 90deg worm gear retract mechanisms . Does the servo take the stress over Time ?
I really like how this model is built and the way it fits together. Im working on a Cessna 310 in a 3D modeling app and this helps me solve how to connect the parts after I slice them up for printing. Great video, thanks!

Why on earth would you publish the same video that Eclipson released a few days ago? Well, theirs was published in two parts... Moreover, one crucial moment is missing in these videos. How to wire the landing gear and how long the pushrods should be.
Truth bomb …. These planes aren’t worth you time and trouble . They are why to delicate and have major issues with wind and durability. If they design a 3d printed plane from PLA or stronger with snap on parts and no glue ,damaged parts would be easy to replace and your 40 buck purchase would be validated. But with that said these planes need to bebuild better . For example the long wire you need form you elevator and rudder to the servos id bad , just put the servo by the rudder and elevator so you don’t have to purchase an over priced push rod . Anyways close but no cigar for me
