No matter what anyone says about the events of the Prague 2010 concert, Randy's actions during his returns to the Czech Republic in 2012 and 2013 will forever hold my respect. After the initial arrest and remand, Randy was able to leave the country, and CHOSE to later return to face trial, aware that he was looking at a possible 5-10 year sentence in Czech prison. The efforts he took to show his remorse to the family of the victim, and to uphold the proper course of justice, speak volumes on his character. Out of all the people I have looked up to in my life, this man's integrity is second-to-none. The story of Daniel Nosek and Randy Blythe is one I will never forget. I hope none of you forget either.
I don't look up to him, but knowing the circumstances surrounding this whole trial, I have always had very much respect for Randy. Like you said, the fact that he chose to return and face his actions speaks VOLUMES about his character.
Are there a group of people out there who say he pushed that dude off the stage? The video LOG put out and everything I've read has shown that literally no one knows/remembers what happened.
I attended catholic school... our teacher (a very old and strictly religious woman) was looking for christian music to play... one kid told her "google: lamb of god" and smirked as she she said "that sounds like a great band!"... she was horrified when she googled it and watched this, it was great.

The chorus lyrics hit me hard every single time, but not necessarily due to personal experience. It’s the thought that the idea of possibly contributing to the death of a person (even though confusion, doubt, and fear was still evident) was heavily weighing down on Randy’s mind. I often hear how the music of today is so much worse than generations before us, but I don't believe that to be true you just gotta be open minded enough find music like this and immortalize it, Lamb of God will be one of the bands we look back on in our old and grey times and most will say the exact same thing "they don't make em now like they used to"

Digy Metal humm so if we make a small analogy between the music video and Randy's story: the dead girl in the MV is the dead fan, the blond guy who dies in the end is randy: he didn't kill her but, just cause his attitude implies so, was found guilty by association and punished for his "crime". the black_faced homeless guy that we see in the forrest and in the end of the video is either the true murderer which explains why he smiled at the end or the witness, the second theory implies that the dude crying by the river is the murderer (he loved the girl so maby it was a crime of passion which makes more sence caus the fan's death was caused by his passion for metal music). Again all these are theories xD maybe LOG will explain to us the real meaning of the video :D

I saw these guys at Impact Music Festival in 2018 opening for Slayer. I was never a big fan but they put on such an amazing show. I have since bought everything they've put out, including Burn The Priest. I can't get enough.
They are the best metal band to have ever existed thus far. Hi, I'm Pastor Jack. I've been a Pastor for a few years now. Nothing will remove from me the beauty that is metal music. Jesus loves good music. When people use the talents that they were given they glorify God. As does this band. All hail Jesus, but also....all hail Metal.

Masterpiece, proves the entire band has no quit. Favorite song ever since it first came out. Stay strong Randy; you have a huge family worldwide as your support. Never stop the music. I mean just incredible song from the beginning to the end.
512 is clearly about Randy's time in prison over the kid who died at one of their shows. Thats where the 4 empty walls came from clearly taking about prison. Red hands = blood.
I know others may say oh I know it was tough... You don't know until you've been through it and I just try to think of the arrest in foreign Country and not for something simple but Murder! After getting through it C-19 hit and I just the resilience of St. Randy is the stuff we love but a huge Thank you Chris, Willie, Randy, John, Art, & Mark! So much gratitude and appreciation for everything!!!
I think that, aside from the obvious part of the song being Randy's story from his time in the Czech prison, the underlying theme is the forced transformation of who you are in order to survive a specific situation or course of events. Listen to the words in a different way, amazing how lyrics can have so many meanings to a listener, killer fucking song 🤘🏻
Don't you hate it when you listen to bands suggested that are like lamb of God but sound nothing like them... I can't find many bands that sound as amazing as this and are consistent!

Six bars laid across the sky
Four empty walls to fill the time
One careless word, you lose your life
A grave new world awaits inside
Lycanthropic survival instincts
Embrace the beast and shun the weak
Awake the primal one that sleeps inside
Or feel the shiv(er) running through your spine
The time is slipping by no peace in sight
But the teeth of time still hold their bite
My hands are painted red
My future's painted black
I can't recognize myself, I've become someone else
My hands are painted red
Schizophrenic amnesia
Bid goodbye to all you knew and loved
Forget the only life that you knew outside
They bought the ticket, now you take the ride
The time is slipping by no peace in sight
But the teeth of time still hold their bite
My hands are painted red
My future's painted black
I can't recognize myself, I've become someone else
My hands are painted red
Another number quickly learns the rules
A hidden burner waits to point at you
A subtle gesture and you're ventilated
Talk isn't cheap here, bleed out in payment
Six bars laid across the sky
Four empty walls to fill the time
My hands are painted red
My future's painted black
I can't recognize myself, I've become someone else
My hands are painted red

I saw these guys at Impact Music Festival in 2018 opening for Slayer. I was never a big fan but they put on such an amazing show. I have since bought everything they've put out, including Burn The Priest. I can't get enough.
much clear sound, can't get enough of this masterpiece

I just watched DBZ abridged for the first time recently too
They are the best metal band to have ever existed thus far. Hi, I'm Pastor Jack. I've been a Pastor for a few years now. Nothing will remove from me the beauty that is metal music. Jesus loves good music. When people use the talents that they were given they glorify God. As does this band. All hail Jesus, but also....all hail Metal.
The atmosphere, the meaning, and the soul of this song. Oh my god, this thing just killing every rule i knew about music and make it better🖤
Blythe looks like a heavy metal mel gibson.
I always thought he looked more like a younger, scrawnier, metal version of Ron perlman or something
But I can see mel Gibson I guess
+tyler burtcher Heavy Mel!
+tyler burtcher well no shit!! they both are batshit crazy, kind of easy to see...although i like the gibson movies and laugh and rock to the blythe.....hmmm perhaps that makes me crazy!!! woo-woo-woo knuck-knuck-knuck POKE EYES (run)
Dude I swear your comment had me laughing my ass off. I kept asking myself "who does randy look like?" IT'S MEL GIBSON!!!
Probably Not A Chicken OMG! I was thinking the same a few seconds back!!!!
Love this band so much they've come a long long way since american gospel
3:46 god damn. Fucking beautiful
One of their best. My favorite song atm. In my head for months
You boys have walked me through so many phases of my life. Thank you so fucking much
Loving the transition with the double bass pedals. Chris, your just fantastic. Thank you so very much for giving the world your skills behind the kit.
PREACH
I'm in love with this band🇧🇷
@Flair Dônawan com ctz mano
conheci a banda hoje e já apaixonei!
512 was his cell number
WesleyAPEX wow i didnt knew that
i was thinking that the red hands meant he was blamed for that death
@z k thats a little rude... i mean, everyone is entitled to their opinions but there is no way that hes a murderer. sorry.
@z k manslaughter*
December 17, 2015:
reporting message to any time traveller or history teacher, this is the best song of this year.
This is the best gospel band I've ever heard ... :-D
This riff is a piece of art
amo esta cancion !!!!!!!!!!!!! lamb of god lo mejor !!!!
1:23 REPPIN' THE MADBALL SHORTS! If I didn't already love this band I would now..
Masterpiece.
This video speaks volumes, big time. Much love lamb of god
Don't you hate it when you listen to bands suggested that are like lamb of God but sound nothing like them... I can't find many bands that sound as amazing as this and are consistent!
Like listening to Fear Factory on Pandora and Soundgarden comes up. I don't have a problem with SG but it's nothing like FF. Lol
Nobody will ever sound like lamb of god, they're one of a kind, bad fucking ass.
Burn the Priest?
Gives me goosebumps every time I hear this song
Who got this band to that level is Chris Adler I swear... i am a guitarist but it’s so fuckin’ rare to find a drummer like him
Lamb of God metal music band is one of the best , greatest and favorite band of mines ever.....
This jam will never get old
One of the greatest Metal bands to ever walk this earth!
Best band ever listening to them since I was only 13 now 29 so 16 years it has been n still a number one fan of the lambs
I should have known 512 is Feral's number only perfect good comes out from that! ♡~♡ yes
Remind anyone else of Twin Peaks?
SpookyKid94 Yep! Laura, Is that you?
That's all it reminded me of!
SpookyKid94 owls are not what they seem to be ;)
SpookyKid94 dude nice picture you have!!!
SpookyKid94 This is more like "River's Edge"...
The only problem with this song is that it's never loud enough.
This song is so fucking good, it gives me goosebumbs
En el 2020 descubrí esta joya y me sigue fascinando.
The drums, beating in the chest! Pure eargasm.
New album, old Lamb of God.
