In S1E1 when Janai is doing her dramatic unsheathing of her sword, the pommel crystal disappears. It was there before the close up, and it reappears shortly after. Just made me laugh
In ”Cursed Caldera” Runaans binding! it should have been on his left arm, but sometimes its on the right one, and in the mirror-scene its not mirrored!
Bruh that first one with the chest and Viren at the beginning is really messing with my head! I've watched the scene countless times and I can't unsee it now XD
I knew the frame rate was a problem but I didn't realize there were animation mistakes until now. Especially Viren's eyes and the bow.Thanks for this,really.
I think one of the biggest mistakes of The Dragon Prince is the passage of time, mainly in season 3. For example, Callum, Rayla and Ezran have spent two entire seasons to go to Xadia. And Viren, with one army of lots os people, spent just a few episodes to do the same thing. Although season 3 was amazing, I felt like they made things a bit faster than it should be. I know they had to put a lot in just one season, but that still doesn't fit in my mind.
It was stated that Rayla used tougher terrain and avoided easy pathways. They made a three day break at the Moon Henge, lost at least a half day to the storm and another day because Soren attacked a dragon like a madman. Virens army consists of trained soldiers, they were slowed down by a dragon egg and "nice legs". I would rate it rather consistent.
Good narration on your part. Would be cool to hear your voice in the future again. Also, Viren in a grim voice: "Moonshadow bows. In the twilight of the forest they become nearly invisible..."
Actually , in S4 the last episode where terry helps Claudia get up but when she turns Rayla is there, that time her marks below her eyes are not there. I think it’s an animation mistake

In the flashback where the king asks lord Viren to stand with him for his portrait, Viren is behind him for one shot, then suddenly in front in the next.

Another mistake is when Aaravos is finally able to speak to Viren.After Aaravos tells Viren his name and then Viren goes searching for books in the library that are related to him. One of the books shows a picture of Aaravos and his name as the heading but it's spelt as Aravos instead of Aaravos
In season 2 ep 1 or 2 (I don't know which one but it's when the gang are eating breakfast at Lu jane's) rayla appears on a cliff then in the next scene shes near the table and then she back on the cliff
First comment :D At least here i can get it unlike with Virrow. For the actual video: Im glad you enjoy this show so much so u have the patiance to even look for such small details. For the 4th point i found it extremly confusing how centrifugal force works in the show after that these are really just small slips :)
In season 3 when they meet General Amaya again, and Janai. They both come with this... flying Lion... and they can both breathe... but Callum had to do this breathing spell so they can breathe. But the spell is skymagic... Can sunfireelves do skymagic?? No!! thats the second mistake I found...
I’d just say the biggest mistake is the low frame rate. While many shows can make this look good, like into the spider verse, the dragon prince creators didn’t have time to smooth out the animations, so it just ends up looking choppy. I get that they tried to make this a stylistic choice, which would have worked if they had more time, but they didn’t have much development time so I feel they should have just interpolated it.
I agree that that's an issue with season one but unlike many other people I don't think it's a turn-off, in fact, I don't even notice most of the time.
@@gagaball88 oh I don’t think it’s a turn off either. That show is EXCELLENT and I love the cell shaded animation style and the combination of 2d and 3D animation. Plus… they make a Sokka reference with the boomerang 😂

No, I'm pretty sure ibis' brings Amaya and janai to the spire and he's a sky mage, he most likely performed the spell.
