    2:03 gobous insane, jump canceled the close slash that got blocked to hit and immediate J.D overhead in wich the second hit of pierce comboed into it an he got a wall break off that, what a boss

    On the first clip when Gobou mixes on other side how does he do two slash inputs without frog being activated?!?!

      a bit late but he probably buffered a tapped cs very very shortly during the last frames of pierce recovery so frog didnt come out

      The way Zato resets their negative edge presses is by doing NE of one button, then releasing all the others at the same time while Eddie is still doing the first, giving them their buttons back.

    How does gobou land c.S and 2.S without activating eddie

      It’s just very tight timing at the end of pierce

      Basically, Negative Edge, its where. You hold a button and release it to do a move. This applies to Eddie and its very good when doing Mixups and pressure with Zato-1 and Eddie together.

      When you get caught in the mixup loop sure feel that way, gobou may be a vampire maybe this why he so godlike

      Before he was the most difficult and the most rewarding, now there's no reason to main him when you have to be twice as skilled as any other character to get a chance to beat them.

      Copium my friend, zato is amazing WHEN AND ONLY WHEN he's in his win condition, outside of that he's pretty trash, no reversal and ok neutral buttons and no dp,(his only 2 anti air options are slow af) so yeah he does NOT need nerfs, this is coming from a zato main btw

      @@Chadaragi-san I can def tell you're a Zato main, that part wasn't needed 😂Our 6p is stupid juiced, 5p is a great anti air, counterpoke, and neutral option, and having access to + on block projectile meaties is low-key really useful, considering we don't even need Eddie for any of this stuff.
      Zato's best characteristics (strongest post gold burst condition, baiting burst/YRC at any point, top of the line mix, some of the best usage of positive bonus, projectile oki, incredible routing flexibility allowing for slump/retaining corner or breaking the wall reliably, one of the best "back throw incident" characters as well) are all things that are functionally matchup independent.
      Some characters simply get smoked even in neutral, and even in our worst matchups are usually 1 knockdown away from being won. He's not trash outside his wincon, the lack of reversal matters less given how good universal system mechanics are (we're one of the few characters that can reliably leverage fuzzy super jump because of how flight works).
