    If you have experience in standard laydown system foamming machines pls help me I can not produce 32 kgr more than 75 cm heigh in 2.2 width with 190 output polyol

      There are two solution without investing any money:
      To increase gross output of the machine if you haven't reached the maximum output of TDI, water and Polyol, with activators and additives you can just change the blending ratio.
      2) reduce the tunnel width to shortest dimension of your blocks, in other words cut narrower foam blocks in width and longer blocks in length.
      Other solutions which requires injecting some money in the business is to buy bigger pumps with higher outputs
