Damn! But now the whole world knows a best guarded secret: "Ingenious Young Heavy Duty Mechanics" are recognizable by wearing safety sandals and safety pajamas.
DEC 11, 2022. GREAT PEOPLE CREATED FOR DOING THIS AMAZING WORK. WHAT THEY MUST BE EATING. WHEN THEY MUST BE SLEEPING. HOW THEY MUST BE SPENDING TIME WITH THEIR WIVES & CHILDREN. THEY LIVE AMONG US BUT WE DON'T IDENTIFY THEM. GOOD FILM, GOOD SHOTS.
So far, of all the videos that I have watched. I an absolutely shocked at how many guys are either wearing sandals or lite canvas shoe. Not on that, every one was was operating machinery wearing loose and baggy clothing, And no one is wearing a hardhat or bump-cap I guess labour laws, even ligit ones, are non-existent or not enforced..
@@420HughMungus Ill bet that you're absolutely correct Ray. You often see guys in the background just sitting around doing very little. Maybe they're all waiting for a job. I'm willing to bet that those businesses lose at least 2 employees per week because of injury or death.
No new parts used? Everything just pressed together like before, still with stiff elements? Old, worn plates and old bolts? Oiled threads to exceed torque even more? What the heck?
They press everything apart and rotate the pins and bushings 180 degrees to run again. The pads are still good it's an excavator, not a dozer so the money for a new chain and pads does not make sense.
These men in Pakistan sure earn their bread. If they were here in North America they would make a fortune.😊
They do when they come to America and the UK
They would make the second Pakistan from the USA and UK
Damn!

They need a bigger impact wrench
Not one drop of oil or grease used.
🤔
Thank you all for sharing. 🙏
You're not supposed to use oil or grease. It's just a press fit.
You obviously didn't watch it all then.
If you've got a busted track, these are your guys!
no clue what’s going on here. Why are they taking it apart and then just using the same parts when reassembling

Dang! I wanted to see it go back onto the excavator.
Are they just putting the old parts back together?
Excellent work...
Nail threw the socket is scarry
Milwaukee Gen 5 coming soon.
Lot of work rolling those pins over hear the guy is probly making less then 100$ to roll all the pins is worth it
Pakistani workers make less than $100 USD in a month.

reland without cleaning, without grease, old worn-out dirt screws twisted without a moment of stupid work will go a little and break down pointlessly.
They wouldn't do it if they knew it wouldn't last.

I am confused why take the whole track apart when they didn't clean it up just slap it back together again.

Interesting
In America, we throw that shit away and buy new 😂
No we don't, we remelt and make new.
We do the same thing here but you don't really care do you...
No we don't. We ship it to Pakistan so they can do a video of it.
