Greetings everyone. Blessed Sabbath all around the world. I love this verse John 15:19. Like Gladys said God has His ways of talking to us. This verse was given to me by our God our loving Father on a day that I have an appointment at the hospital in my country. And the way they treated me that day after asking me to wait alone to see the specialist that verse came to light n said didn't I told u this morning that u r not from this world. I cried that day not tears of unhappiness but of joy because this showed me that my God is always there with me no matter what.
Glory be to our savior Jesus Christ for his love towards us.

Contemplating this scripture:
“And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
(John 8:32)

the truth = “Jesus said to him, “I am the way, *the truth,* and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” (John 14:6)
make you free = “Therefore if the Son *makes you free*, you shall be free indeed.” (John 8:36)
So what does it mean to know Jesus?
1 John 2:3Now by this we know that *we know Him*, if we keep His commandments.
4He who says, “I know Him,” and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.
5But whoever keeps His word, truly the love of God is perfected in him. By this we know that we are in Him.
6He who says he abides in Him ought himself also to walk just as He walked.
It looks to me like knowing Jesus is walking as He walked (1 John 2:6)
keeping Gods commandments (1 John 2:3,5; John 15:10)
Having Gods character in us (1 John 2:3; Philippians 2:5; Revelation 14:12)
From what does the Son free us?
John 1:29The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, “Behold! The Lamb of God who *takes away the sin of the world!*
Luke 4:18 “The Spirit of the LORD is upon Me, Because He has anointed Me To preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, *To proclaim liberty to the captives* And recovery of sight to the blind, *To set at liberty those who are oppressed;* 19To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord.”
Leviticus 25:10
So you are to consecrate the fiftieth year and *proclaim liberty in the land for all its inhabitants*. It shall be your Jubilee, when each of you is to return to his property and to his clan.
Numbers 36:4
And when the jubile of the children of Israel shall be, *then shall their inheritance be put unto the inheritance of the tribe whereunto they are received:* so shall their inheritance be taken away from the inheritance of the tribe of our fathers.
It appears that the Son sets us free from sin and its consequences and restores to us the land/ the earth (Isaiah 66) and restores creation back to perfection in Him.

You talk about ways we can be blinded today. One of those ways is by using non-inspired versions of the Bible! The KJV is inspired text while ALL other versions, including the NKJV, are not inspired! They have altered the word of God and changed the meaning of multiple verses, even removing verses that are vital.
PLEASE, only use the KJV! Otherwise you can be mislead without realising it 🙏🏽📖

Adventist have a whole list of massive problems.
1. Adventist have no answer for their faith. We, we are NEVER taught Christian Apologetics. Huge fail. Youth are leaving the church in droves.
2. I have read EGW Conflict of the Ages Series + Christ Object Lessons + Last Day Events + Steps to Christ + Thoughts From the Mount of Blessing. They are phenomenal books. Sadly, Adventist have put EGW on a high pedestal, and it has caused huge problems.
3. Inspiration? What is it? You don't know. Are your sermons inspired? Was W.W. Prescott inspired? EGW thought so. Was Jones and Waggoner inspired? EGW thought so. You have no idea how to define Inspiration.
4. The Adventist leadership still rejects 1888.
5. The investigative judgment must be tweeked to align with 1888 and Holy Scripture. What is the heavenly sanctuary made of? Hmmm.
There are some major problems in Adventism.

Hi! SDA doctrinal positions rightly understood are scripturally sound. They just need to be known, understood and obeyed. In many cases, so- called scholars have brought in doubts, questions, false spins and plain out deceptions. So there is confusion but the Bible is clear on every position that the Church expouses.
Jeremiah 9:13, 14 ff tell us of God's ancient Church, Israel: And the Lord saith, Because they have FORSAKEN my law which I set before them and have not obeyed my voice, neither walked therein;
But have walked after the IMAGINATION of their own heart, and after BAALIM, which their fathers taught them.
The false teachers and their teachings must somehow be exposed in the spirit of Christ so seekers of truth would receive it.
The Bible is the SOLE ARBITER of truth, not scholars.

How do you get humans to follow God's law; to obey? Force? Fear? Manipulation? Lies? Are you trying to keep God's law? Are you a legalist? Where does God's love fit into your calculations?
