- This is full pad session with Tito Johnson, the '23 WBC Thailand Gold Champion. He has been around Muay Thai alongside his father since he could walk. Get an early lookout on his afternoon pad session with his father Charles Johnson. Tito Johnson has a natural Muay Femur style but is trained in all aspects of Muay Thai. This session although light, is more defensive based and high IQ. Throughout the Muay Thai training, Coach Charles gives Tito Muay Thai knowledge that he can use in his upcoming Muay Thai fight! Keep an eye out for this young man because he is going to do great things within the sport of Muay Thai !

Coach your son looks amazing. Just one thing I noticed from many kickboxing champions (Nieky Holzken, Gabriel Varga, Ilia Topuria UFC Champ): They do standalone boxing training sessions where they cross train in boxing gyms to improve their hands.
I did 2,5 years of boxing before I went to kickboxing and my boxing always was better than those training only kickboxing.
When you see Farangs beating thais its also mostly not because better kicks but because their hands are way better.
This kid is really good. I can only imagine what he will be like at 18.
Definitely future superstar! ONE needs to watch out for him!
I've seen enough kids at All-Levels smokers (probably equivalent to watching AAU tournaments in basketball) to have a decent idea of the youth talent out there.
Based on his pedigree, skill level, composure frame and physical tools at this age, and work ethic and discipline I've seen in the videos, I honestly don't see any reason why he couldn't be. Nothing is guaranteed but to me he's a blue chip prospect and I wouldn't be the least bit surprised to hear Mike Schiavello say "and Tito Johnson making his ONE debut..." in 2034.

Great session! Question for you guys. If you are walking an opponent down and using the left kick I noticed Tito is using a quick switch kick. If they are backing up what do you think about a step in left kick to close distance and generate more power?
