If you like less chances of pixels just put under layer for colour layer but if you like no colour going onto a place you don’t want it to go I recommend clipping I prefer going to the first layer for colours
Ooo! On coloring in methods, i tend to select the outside of the lines and then select "invert selection" and just color it all with a brush set to the max size
The problem with using our finger to draw is that there’s no pen pressure on the lines 11:49 Sometimes it works in situations where pen pressure isn’t important (such as when we want a uniform line), but it can be a limitation with certain parts of the drawing process. It’s not like IbisPaint has vector layers like Clip Studio does, where you can go back to adjust the line weight of the different parts of a line. In my opinion, the Apple Pencil is probably the best option because it’s the only thing that will allow pen pressure. No other stylus will provide that. Thank you for sharing this video though ❤ I enjoyed watching your process, and listening to you talk about the methods you use to get each of the steps done. ☺️
This was super helpful to me! I want to make webcomics and ibispaint, but I didn't know where to start, I still don't understand all the individual functions but I hope that I will be better one day. Thank you so much!
I learned a lot from this it’s great but for the panels that you made how did you properly shape them and size them, did you draw the panels or used the panel editor?
Hey I know this video has a I know this video has been posted 5 months ago but I'm glad I came across it !💖💖💖 Found you on Instagram and I love your content!👌🏾
You can totally do it all on the same layer or on a new layer, I know artist that keep it all on one layer because working in too many might feel overwhelming to them or their program can't handle it or just personal preference. And I know some artist that seperate their line art and colors so if they mess up their colors they can just erase their colors and start again since its seperated from their lineart on their own layer.
I'm not rlly good with animals or realistic ocs and I have a really cartoon like style edit: I do not have any digital pens anymore bc I chew when I'm concentrating so there both broken
Heyy just curious but have you read any webtoon comics? There's this specific thing I wanted to do by adding a black background, red font text, and red splatter to indicate "blood." Mostly because the story I am writing starts off dark, but I'm not sure how to go about it (or if I'm making any sense) T_T Great video though!!!
Thank you so much and I think you should totally go for that! I'm all for people drawing their webtoon in the way they like and most enjoy🙆🏾♀️ So as long as you're happy I think thats all good!
@@S-morishitastudio Thank you so much! To be honest I only started drawing over this summer so it won't look too great XD But your words of encouragement were needed!!! T_T

It depends on what printer you're using but I'm using Amazon kdp so I like using 350dpi and they have lots of different sizes to pick from so I believe they may have A5 if you're using them for printing🙆🏾♀️💖
You don’t have to pay for it you just have to watch an ad every 18 hours and you get all of the pens free
@itsyeboiash nope, watching an ad every time you draw is MUCH better than paying for premium
@@axizore just lets he/she be
Yeah not that bad

I prefer clipping then magic wand and putting the colour layer underneath the drawing layer so no pixels when drawing :3
Thank you so much for sharing🙇🏾♀️❤
No problem!

I also do that too

There Are going to be colors going outside (in the edges) but i usually just manually erase those
Thanks for reminding me of that! I used to do it but forgot after I stopped digital art for a few months. That's gonna make my life so much easier
Just starting to draw comic and this was super helpful thank you so much!
