Yes I think you should feel beautiful , because you are, and I hope that you learn to love and nurture your body. But this is just unacceptable, diabetics are being turned away daily because there is not enough medication to go around. People need this to literally save their lives. I am also a new mom and struggling with my appearance. But there’s so much more we can do for ourselves like actually making nutritious meals and exercising regularly, or seeing our doctor to make sure there are no other issues keeping you from weight loss. Leave this very serious medication for people who need it for some thing that is not their choice. People are literally paid to market this for weight loss knowing how serious the side effects are

Our bodies aren’t the same after growing humans it’s a new normal, and yours is gorgeous! Love yourself first before doing anything is my advice. Otherwise it will just keep repeating itself.

Be careful that stuff can cause leaky gut and other things like gallbladder problems. You will gain that weight back once you stop. This is not an answer. I was on ozempic and it was bad

Can't do this forever. Developing a routine of 30 minutes of exercise a few days a week will be cheaper and better for your overall health long term. These quick fixes are the opposite of healthy.

I have come to realise that “feeling fat” is more of a mental state than an actual reality. Since having my baby I don’t wear makeup, wear size L/XL clothes and yet this is the most beautiful I have ever felt. I am a mom… I have this newfound respect for myself, just that feeling alone has changed the way I see myself in the mirror. Nevertheless I hope you get the results you are looking for! You go girl 🤍

Though i sometimes get caught up in the what I used to look like before blues, I’ve come to view my body so differently on my postpartum journey 💗 My body was my babies first home, they moved in and rearranged to make it comfortable for them so they could grow and thrive in their momma, expanded rib cage, larger tummy, and wider hips. they made it their own and that thought has really changed my perspective. When I look at my body now, though different. I cherish the blessing of being able to carry my babies, I welcome the softer body with a little more padding to keep them a little warmer while I hold their little bodies 💗 this is in no way shaming anyone, just my personal journey and insight 💗 mommas are ever changing and that is a beautiful thing

Just wanted you to know, I tried an extremely low carb EXTREMELY low calorie diet by a weight loss and nutrition plan center near me and of course I stopped bc it’s impossible to maintain, but when I look back on those pictures I didn’t even look that good bc I was thin but not toned, I was as you say skinny fat and I was the skinniest I had been in years since my 2 kids, but I remember not feeling skinny enough still We’ll now after pregnancy number 3, I started exercising every day for 45 min NO MATTER WHAT at home I lock myself in the room and do it, if I can only get 20 min done before the baby cries, I do 25 more min after kids go to bed at night. I cut calories a bit, added lots of protein in, and small 3 pound dumbbells. While I haven’t lost a huge amount of weight, I look and more importantly feel amazing. The difference is actually kinda crazy. Just bc you don’t see an adjustment on the scale doesn’t mean something isn’t happening. I’m standing taller and feel better than I’ve ever felt. So I hope this works for you, bc while I was pregnant this time I really looked into it and I really wanted to take it. But I thought it was gonna be another short cut I tried before that made me skinny, but didn’t last and didn’t make me happy. Hope it makes you happy truly.

I totally understand as a mom with a toddler why this would be appealing. What I don't understand is in a world where medicine like this is needed for people you would be frivolousy be using it for weightloss. I get being insecure and struggling with a new body shape and wanting to loose the extra weight but this is something that you should NOT be promoting online.

I dont think the side affects are worth it. Most women have had children or struggled with losing weight. I don't think taking the easy way out is setting a good example.
Oh my Semaglutide is the same as Rybelsus. And that’s for diabetic people. 😬 It’s no bueno for healthy people. Oh girl I wouldn’t risk it. Dr Mike explained this in his video a few weeks ago.

If you haven’t already, maybe you should ask your doctor about checking your thyroid levels. Mine is under active (I’m diagnosed with Hashimotos) and I haven’t been able to lose any weight even though I’ve made significant changes to my diet and became more active. Might be worth looking in to!
I think it didn’t work out for you because the dosage was too big, if you look at everyone starting at .25 it literally the smallest amount you were putting half the syringe
The self injectors from the pharmacy are so much easier than the syringe. You go, Mama! I'm on .75 and moving my way up slowly. My a1c has dropped a full point and I've lost 10lbs in 10 weeks. Good luck! Tips: get upspring stomach settle drops for nausea and make sure to eat clean. Believe me, your intenstines will turn on you if you eat badly, lol! I've learned the hard way. 😂
I'm sorry but why do you need to take a weight loss injection? Your body looks perfectly normal and not like the body of someone who needs weight loss injections. If your goal is to tone up, you can do that by exercising. There are many exercises that can help with toning you belly and your sides, they will take some time, I'm talking months, but they do work and the only side effects there are maybe being more tired earlier in the day and feeling sore. Some people I completely understand they need they extra help to jump start a weight loss journey but they typically are very, very overweight. You look like you can achieve the goals you have for yourself within a year. Trust yourself and your body, make that time to start learning exercises and routines that can help you and go for it.
This news make me very sad somehow. I don't know if it is worth it. You look beautiful now, but I know from my experience, worlds of others mean nothing when you feel that you have "excess" weight. Yeah so you can inject in your thigh but not where you chose to. It should be on the front of your thigh (anterior aspect)

I totally understand as a mom with a toddler why this would be appealing. What I don't understand is in a world where medicine like this is needed for people you would be frivolousy be using it for weightloss. I get being insecure and struggling with a new body shape and wanting to loose the extra weight but this is something that you should NOT be promoting online.

I dont think the side affects are worth it. Most women have had children or struggled with losing weight. I don't think taking the easy way out is setting a good example.

Well.. i had similar one for over 3 month and not even a pound lost.. it wasn’t for me but it did helped my appetite. Still wonder why I couldn’t lose weight. lol Hope that works for you!!
If you haven’t already, maybe you should ask your doctor about checking your thyroid levels. Mine is under active (I’m diagnosed with Hashimotos) and I haven’t been able to lose any weight even though I’ve made significant changes to my diet and became more active. Might be worth looking in to!

I think it didn’t work out for you because the dosage was too big, if you look at everyone starting at .25 it literally the smallest amount you were putting half the syringe

The self injectors from the pharmacy are so much easier than the syringe. You go, Mama! I'm on .75 and moving my way up slowly. My a1c has dropped a full point and I've lost 10lbs in 10 weeks. I'm sorry but why do you need to take a weight loss injection? Your body looks perfectly normal and not like the body of someone who needs weight loss injections. If your goal is to tone up, you can do that by exercising. There are many exercises that can help with toning you belly and your sides, they will take some time, I'm talking months, but they do work and the only side effects there are maybe being more tired earlier in the day and feeling sore. Some people I completely understand they need they extra help to jump start a weight loss journey but they typically are very, very overweight. You look like you can achieve the goals you have for yourself within a year.
Trust yourself and your body, make that time to start learning exercises and routines that can help you and go for it.
