Actually stopped halfway thru. Just seemed like going thru the motions. I appreciate the effort but this missed the mark. Singer missed the soul of the song. 4th-graders?? That’s a little young to introduce to the depressed world and life of Thom Yorke...it’s good to talk to kids about mental illnesses and keep them educated, but introducing them to Radiohead that early may keep/take them in some very dark places. You become what (and whom) you listen to. Radiohead definitely keeps me down, during my depressive episodes. (Yet my melancholy personality doesn’t help keep me away from Radiohead, either, haha)

I did not say anything about whether I think teaching grade 4 students gender ideology is appropriate or not: you're the one that brought it up. I'm strictly talking about mental illnesses, here, not gender. Clinical depressive disorders and such are completely different than gender identity issues.

    Lyrics (Greenwood/Yorke)
    -----------------------
Please could you stop the noise?
I'm trying to get some rest
    From all the unborn chicken
    Voices in my head
    What's that?
(I may be paranoid, but not an android)
    What's that?
(I may be paranoid, but not an android)
    When I am king
You will be first against the wall
    With your opinion
Which is of no consequence at all
    What's that?
    What's that?
Ambition makes you look pretty ugly
Kicking and squealing Gucci little piggy
You don't remember, you don't remember
Why don't you remember my name?
    Off with his head, man
    Off with his head, man
Why don't you remember my name?
    I guess he does
    Rain down, rain down
Come on rain down on me
    From a great height
    From a great height
    Height
    Rain down, rain down
Come on rain down on me
    From a great height
    From a great height
    Height
    Rain down, rain down
Come on rain down on me
    That's it, sir
    You're leaving
    The crackle of pigskin
    The dust and the screaming
    The yuppies networking
    The panic, the vomit
    The panic, the vomit
    God loves his children
    God loves his children, yeah

Boosted the lead vocal with some more compression she kinda gets drowned out at some points. But everyone has some ways they'd do things differently lol.

Wow I was nearly moved to tears when the horns come in at the end of the operatic movement. Not expecting that.

If you don't love this you don't have any taste in music whatsoever. Just a killer cover that makes me smile every single time I listen to this. I'm so happy this rendition is on TH-cam!

One of my favorite songs of all time. "Here I am, brain the size of a planet, and they tell me to take you up to the bridge. Call that job satisfaction? 'Cos I don't."

A Saturday night deep dive on YT has brought me here. What a great arrangement, chances are this was put together by the conductor, who was obviously rocking out to this.
This arrangement was beautiful, this was a life changing song and album for me. Im glad that others have been able to make some magic with this song too. Bravo.

Such a moving arrangement. I couldn't agree more--you used the orchestra to its full potential capturing the character of the Radiohead instrumentation. You're a genius.

For these young musicians to have had Radiohead in their lives through their developing years in music, I doubt they realize just how lucky they are. Beautiful job guys! MORE Please !!!!!!!!!
