i have no clue why my dentist was saying turn once everyday and if it hurts skip a day. im like they is no way i can do that. once a week sounds better
@@abug9367 hey i just got mine today but i forgot to ask my dentist whether to wear them at night while sleeping so can you tell me do I have to wear them while sleeping???
@@abug9367 well I slept with them in and i remember my ortho told me that you can only take them off while eating so ig that means i have to wear them at night but my dad told me that I have to wear them while sleeping I have my next appointment in 4-5 days so i’ll ask my ortho well wish me luck😅
