I think that Mattel really needs to hire a designer who exclusively designs for men even Barbie isn’t doing justice to their boy dolls!
Nobody cares about male dolls. They barely sell. I want the Allen, but only because of the movie.
I bought that 45th Anniversary Black Barbie and she's soooooo stunning. I've never bought a doll like this. I usually stick to fashionistas. I'm obsessed with her.

The real question is, who keeps purchasing the Barbie Color Reveal dolls? You get shoes, one skirt and one accessory for 19.99 💀 and it's a blind item.

I can't find the chase Midge in the US anyway...LOL. I want her so bad cause she's my fav character int the Barbie cannon, and I named my dog after her... The target employee got weird when I popped out the bar code...HAHAHA. I love Allen! So happy to see him! I love the color reveals not for the dolls, but for the reveal. It's honestly mesmerizing, and I LOOOVEEE to watch the videos before I go to bed to go to sleep. Some of the heads are pretty and I put them on better bodies. They're on sale a lot and I'll pick them up for like $8. I like the balloon animal, I think they're pretty cute. Shoes are great on them! Wish they would stop with the molded tops. Like how expensive could it be to put in a cheap shirt or a dress...Especially when there's no reveal on the paint...Kinda tired of looking at Millie, I like her better with a closed mouth. I don't think that fashionista the worst one.
So many good dolls! I sorta want the dream besties, def want the Black Barbie anniversary doll, and Im oddly loving the Barbie with the printed bow pattern dress and black bow on top, she's pretty for a Millie 🤭 but I usually go for the color or cutie reveals mostly for the shoes to put in my shoe inventory lol😅 but then I take the dolls that I'm indifferent towards and have it available for my child clients at work!

The non-movable bodies are so out of date. I'm willing to pay a little extra for a body that moves!!
A made to move body on for example the Black Anniversary doll would bump the price up to $50-60 instead of $30. It’s an adult collector doll made for a static pose.

They are making it impossible to get the midge chase period.
I'm in NY and have checked my target repeatedly, having them scan the barcode and all, and they haven't gotten any still. I was told each store would only get 2 of them when they did go out so that's just impossible for anyone.
It's stupid. Really just pissing me off the way they play these games with their customers.

I think Mattel originally started the Barbie doll line for kids not for adults (they design everything with the simplicity of a child. Kids are not that critical. For them to still making dolls and be able to retail them from US $10-$45 dollars with all the diversity, hair and skin tones they offer now, is amazing (considering the cost of everything today.) The fact that they can still keep it going. I give Mattel kudos for still giving kids the ability to play and dream. The Silkstone and the special releases are more for the adult collectors, and yes, it will cost much more💖💖💖
i feel like ive seen that exact millie dress on a dollar store barbie knock off... and that rose dress XD looks like they took one of those iron on clothing patches and just sewed it over a dress XD

No to the Color Reveal dolls. I dislike the plastic tops and their hair feels awful.
