Hi, the task apps are only available from a certain type of Loop component. But it might also require licenses to those apps. I'm not really sure. Maybe some one else knows. Thanks for viewing and commenting
@@TheProjectCorner But is there no way to make it a Loop component? One of the attractive things about Loop is being able to share the components all over the place, e.g., in Teams chats, etc.
Hi guys, I think it's a great topic to follow up. I'm on vacation now and have another video scheduled ( I need to finish the audio and editing), but after that, I'll jump on the topic.
For me, Loop just isn’t integrated enough to be truly functional. For example, on Teams you can use the notes section of a meeting to start an agenda and a task list, etc. This is really useful because it means everyone on the call can contribute. No one person is stuck doing the minutes, action collation, etc. But the problem is every meeting you have creates a new plan. For recurring meetings, if it was able to link in and load up one plan for that meeting, it would be infinitely more useful. Shame.
Thank you for the clarity and excellent examples of workflow- well done.
Thank you for the kind words, I'm glad you enjoyed the video. There's so much potential in Loop 😀
Have you heard any additional details on the integration of P4W into the Planner app?
Hi Rod, the two are practically merging, which is what I hear: bit.ly/TheNewPlannerPlaylist any specific details you are looking for?
How do you get the "Task Apps" button on the top right of the loop component to appear? It does not show up any type of component I make.

Useful video! Is there a way of pulling excisting planner plans/tasks through to Loop?
Hi James, yes, using the url of the plan and adding it in a Loop component. I might do a follow up vodeo and include this trick in there.
