Welcome to the X and 1 Legion Cast. We are a group of guys who play Star Wars: Legion. Sometimes we even play competitively however, we usually end up going X-1. I agree it felt like a bit of a grind, but I enjoyed it most of the time. I think AMG/Asmodee actually should have two boxes: A monthly OP Tournament Kit with different prizes such as rotating alt art cards, dice, tokens, etc, and a Store Championship Kit with a Worlds Invite that are much more limited(maybe like 4 at most per store), and have stricter attendance requirements. And then you still have the WOQ box for the big regionals.

I 100% agree with Randy about the store champ grind. I was very happy to secure my invite from LSO because it allowed me to do whatever I wanted to and not care. I was able to swap factions for 3 events straight and it brought back a lot more fun.

I played that Matt guy once before. I got steam rolled. I was sweaty, but is because I have bad glands.

yeah you get intercept round 1 of any tourney assume you won't see round 5 and 6. seems like everyone is moving slow first thing in the morning of most tourneys.

Dude, I'm glad it's not just me. I didn't finish my round 1s at the last two tourneys, and can think of at least two more times this year.
Maybe we need to tack on an extra 15 minutes to Round 1.. or provide free coffee before pairings are announced. 🤣
