You can do so much with shortcuts and the automations it’s awesome! I have all kinds of stuff that happens when I leave the house and or arrive at home.

If you have to contact a person through email or messenger how do you modify this? 2) Previously when I sent a link in my texts through a group message I noticed the links did not work when I sent them to non-iPhone users. Have you experienced problems with links not working for google or android users this using this method? Thanks so much!

Hi! I have a ? I set up the short cut and sent the text but the android phone texts bounced back with failure to send. I had to manually resend as a text. Is there a way to fix this so the texts go to android numbers too? TIA

Only one text was sent and it had all the names at the top (luckily it was a test to a few family members) I am wondering if the difference in iOS versions makes a difference? I noticed a few things that are in different places than what she shows on here iPhone screen.
Instead of putting the contact as the variable in the text, change it up to Repeat Item and select first name there. Hope that helps.@@francocastro9918
Hey y’all. I was having the same issue but figured it out. In the text field where you want to insert the person’s name, select “Repeat Item.” It’ll automatically show up as “Contact.” “Full Name” will show was the default. Select “First Name.”
Really annoyed, it didn’t show how to mass text…. Just how to setup a shortcut. Yoy set up first time then you can click and send. I’m trying to find a quick way to bulk text 800 contacts !!!!

When attempting to send a message, I received an error message that says "couldn't Run Send message." The issue seems to be related to the runner, which quit unexpectedly and prevented the action from running. If it's not too much trouble, would anyone happen to have any suggestions on how to address this problem? I would be very grateful for any guidance you can provide. Thank you kindly.
you may need to take it off wifi turn off notifacations and try not sending pics and make the wait time to send slower and maybe create smaller files no bigger then 100-200 ive been testing it out alot almost everyday and its working for me now

I did I test run and where you put first name, in the message that’s sent it sent every name that’s in the group

before sending how do we ensure that we are not sending a group text where everyone receives all responses?
I believe because it’s sending to individual contacts on the list by first name responses will not go to the group/whole list.
I don’t have same options on greyed group Only says ask each time or shortcut input.
it says its trying to send 50 contacts its not allowed. allow it in setting ? where to do that ?
Settings > Shortcuts > Advanced > Allow Sharing Large Amounts of Data

Yes first put your photos in an album. Go to shortcut search and select find photo, then click add filter then select the photo album.
I was able to do this by saving as a file.
