@@ayshits Yes! It's been a while since I posted this but I am nearly fully recovered! It's a day by day process and sometimes my thoughts are still there and i still overthink. It's all about understanding the deeper part of yourself and being at peace with yourself. I started meditation and act therapy it helped so much!
Thanks for this video Kirsty, I was hoping for some advice on my situation: I feel like my OCD thoughts are real because I remember actively thinking about that topic, and because I actively thought about it, I think my thoughts are real which makes me feel guilty.
