I LOVE making lists so I can pin swift-flowing thoughts down, but lists also easily turn into a form of procrastination! It's so helpful to have someone able to act as a sounding board (as long as they are used to my 'thinking out loud' process and don't feel they're being burdened).
I wonder if an AI could be helpful as an impersonal sounding board sometimes 🤔

Interesting thought on the AI thing. If you try it let me know how it goes.

Exactly. The process of thinking about it then planning it out is the hard part for us.
When I'm by myself and don't have others to bounce it off of I say it out loud to confirm it and solidify it so that I don't procrastinate and not do it!
Been a long time subscriber and your videos are always inspiring and insightful for me.
    Thanks.

Yes Jeff. Wow. It's like this with ADHD: the what is the context is absent until I trigger it somehow, burning through the ambiguity and once I get there, it starts to makes sense.

    Exactly Jeff,
I have a task but just cant get myself to take action when the task isndue and it could be a simole thjng.
If i somehow write down the tasks, my brain starts cooperating amd i can get 3 days worth of work in 1.
    Intrest and urgentcy also matter.
