Thank you for your opening comments. I had visions of a cat getting stuck on something after it's caring, but unaware owner, left home believing they were leaving their furry friend nice and cosy. That said, these are adorable and could be easily given to a child for their stuffed animals😊

Pippin decided she needed something more plush, so I adapted the pattern a bit and used Lion Brand Nap Time and added a hood (since she doesn’t like cold ears!). I’m going to try a thicker plush (perhaps Baby Blanket) and a faux fur trim and make her a sleeping gown. She discovered hats as a kitten and now, 13 years later, she has quite the hat collection. Since cats have a floating collar bone, dog clothing just doesn’t fit correctly, so I started making her custom outfits. Your sweater is so cute and Pippin really likes having sleeves😻

I can not get the math right with this one! Ugh tried so many times and I have to give up unfortunately... Already after the collar where you say you stictch 32 all around I fuck up and get 42-44 stitches which makes it impossible to follow through when it doesn't add up

This would be very nice to make for the hairless breed cats and for older kitties. Don’t think my two of my kitties would like to wear. I do have an older kitty who is 13 and I may make for him for this winter. If energy prices don’t come down here in the USA, I may need to make for all 3 of them, and me too! 😜

When doing rounds 2-5, how do you count the stitches? No matter which way I count them I don’t have 44 stitches, I’ve frogged twice now 😢
Try using stitch markers to help you :)
I’m getting the wrong number of stitches too. I’m convinced for your size round 2 should be 48 and round 1 should be 40 or I’m just going crazy.
