Hi there ! Thanks for the wonderful video. I would like to know what does a "master plan community " mean ? Im from the West Coast and never heard of this.
    Thannks !

Thank you for watching and your positive feedback. A master planned community is basically a large residential area that also has amenities and most things you would need for it to almost be self contained. Think parks, schools, stores etc.

First time I heard of it as well. I live in the Seattle Suburbs.

Is that lile the 15 min cities they are putting up all over the country? Are these communities designed to be sectioned off if any disaster or martial law happens? @@Livinginlasvegasinfo

Healthy and safe city to live in, the only thing that concerns me is a possible water shortage in the near future. Still, It is on the top of my list to live in after leaving boring Michigan.

Thanks for watching. I understand your water concerns, but I don't believe there is ever going to be a major crisis there. If you have time to visit Springs Preserve next time you are here, there is a great tour you can go on that talks about our water supply.

In my opinion, Summerlin is the best place to live in Las Vegas. Hot soccer moms are also a bonus.

Thanks for watching. It is certainly a great place to live and holds a lot of popularity in the area. Maybe it is the soccer moms

I agree, it's also still so popular and retaining the appreciation. Thankfully there are plenty of other great communities.
