Sister of Accused Killer Believes There Were Marriage Issues Prior to Shooting

The sister of accused killer Kevin Ellis, Rachel Jorgensen, took the stand on Wednesday, revealing that the victim, Matthew Restelli, and his wife, Kate-who is also accused of being part of the murder plot-had marital issues prior to Ellis allegedly shooting Matthew in self-defense. Before Rachel’s testimony, the prosecutor presented evidence suggesting that Ellis was responsible for the murder.
