- So I decided to repay the West Yorkshire Police Training Centre a second visit.
the first went ok and we was allowed to film.
This time however seems something has changed as The very same officer was present yet we did not get the same treatment.
I believe this was due to myself wearing an anonymous Mask
That geezer in the poofy puffer jacket had sheer bloody HATRED in his eyes

Failed audit as soon as you walked away - lampposts + signage were put in by the council = public
@BIG BLERK not 100% but think @Dave Warr is onto something there. When you enter a 'private' road, you do not see street lighting and little if any signage. Living in the country, we have a few 'private roads' which is just a road put through several farmers' lands for easy access for them. I think that is the same on any private land. I would have to look into it first.
In the gen, the council does not maintain private land.

I work as a security Guard in London and fully support what you are doing. Especially the right to film in public. Shame that most security guards aren’t aware of the law regarding filming in public. Keep up the good work

It is by law accessable to the public.

Street lighting shows that it is most probably public.
Carr Gate was originally intended to be West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue but due to budget matters it was never completed and West Yorkshire Police took it over instead. If you look to the southern end of the complex you will see a fire training tower. There is also a complex at Normanton just off the bypass. Formerly there was a training complex in Crofton.

It was alleged that on 24th September 2019, PC Wilby commenced her shift as a Police Officer at 0700 hours. She drove to work from her home address, a distance of approximately 3.2 miles. At 0800 hours PC Wilby was required to undergo a breathalyser procedure on a handheld breathalyser. The reading was 35 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath.The legal limit for driving a motor vehicle is 35 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath. It was alleged that PC Wilby drove to work at a time when, on a balance of probabilities, she would have been over the legal limit to drive and that she attended work and commenced her shift when she was unfit for duty. The charges were proved and the officer received a final written warning.
Amendment to outcome for PC Julie Wilby - The charge relating to the allegation that PC Wilby drove to work whilst she may have been over the legal limit to drive was dismissed by the Panel. The further charge that PC Wilby attended work whilst unfit for duty was proved and the officer received a final written warning.
Jan 20 - Ex Special Constable Kamran Hussain attended a misconduct hearing for Honesty and Integrity, Authority, Respect and Courtesy and Discreditable Conduct. On 28th April 2019, whilst off duty, Ex-SC Hussain drove along Manchester Road in Huddersfield in a vehicle. Whilst using that vehicle he inappropriately fitted flashing blue lights in the windscreen. Ex-SC Hussain then used these blue lights to stop another road user and identified himself as a police officer. The police were called and ex-SC Hussain was arrested on suspicion of impersonating a police officer. Once it was established that he was in fact a serving special constable, ex-SC Hussain was further arrested on suspicion of misconduct in a public office. On 9th September 2019, ex-SC Hussain pleaded guilty to using a vehicle on a road fitted with a blue warning beacon/special warning lamp/device resembling and received a fine of £119, £85 court costs and a £30 surcharge to fund victim services.The charges were proved and the officer would have been dismissed from the Force had he still been serving.
Jan 20 - PC Dean Wolstencroft attended a misconduct hearing for Discreditable Conduct and Authority, Respect and Courtesy. PC Wolstencroft was alleged to have assaulted his former partner at their home address on multiple occasions during their relationship. The charges were proved and the officer was dismissed without notice.
July 20 - Former PC 3307 Christopher Atkinson attended a misconduct hearing for Honesty & Integrity, Duties & Responsibilities and Discreditable Conduct. It was alleged that PC 3307 Atkinson failed to deal with a Community Resolution in accordance with the procedure, falsified the signature of the complainant on a Community Resolution Form. It was also alleged that he failed to deal with a complaint of fraud made by the same complainant and did not attend a planned appointment with the complainant. He further failed to submit a report to Action Fraud , after informing the complainant that he would do this on her behalf. The charges were proved and the officer would have been dismissed had he still been serving with the Force.

Why is it that the police are insistent on moving photographers away from their stations ? It makes them look so ridiculous and gives the impression they have much to hide. Clearly they lied about it being private property and re-inforced their over-reaction with the usual overbearing, bullying behaviour. How can it matter that a policemans private car and registration number is photographed? Without the benefit of The Police National Computer the registration information would be of no benefit to a private individual whatsoever. We are all photographed and filmed hundreds of times a day. Why is it so different for the police?
