Audio not good but he got moves also watch him sing My heart will go on at the Philippine Arena New Year’s Eve. MAGICAL. SUBLIME 😇😇😇notice the Titanic at background. He did the flute part too. The judges’ comments seemed staged. You can see in his face his feelings inside him. Like he wanted to cry. He sang that song several times in concerts. But he said that is not one for contests especially for finals. If you have time watch Reactors to the World subtitled “Faked. Simon Exposed “. That guy probed into talent shows especially AGT. He even attended some of the shows. Very interesting. BTW you guys are going to have a blast if you’d react to Remote challenge at the GGV show just lately 😁😁😁

According to Marcelito's VLOG, it was Simon's team who chose the final song for him. Every song needs to be reviewed by Simon before they make the arrangement. Beauty and the Beast is a good, romantic song but not really a piece for a FINALE competition. Marcelito had a different song in mind if he's allowed to choose.
And then, Simon said on the show: "on a night like this, it should be a song that is less predictable"

It's really true that MP could not choose his own song for the finals. It was all fixed by AGT production and Simon. This was the same situation few years ago when Celine Tam was not allowed to choose the song for her semi finals in AGT. We lodged our complaint for unfareness but there's nothing that we could do about it. Again, this happened to MP this year.
