    Ingredients
    SET A:
    2 kg halong parte ng baka (cut in 20-inch slices na buntot, twalya, o laman)
    15 tasa tubig
    4 pirasong bawang
    1 pirasong sibuyas, hinati
    UFC Iodized Salt & UFC Ground Black Pepper to taste
    SET B:
    1/2 tasa annatto oil (Golden Fiesta Canola Oil + UFC Annatto Seeds)
    4 pirasong onion, chopped
    1 bulb garlic, minced
    1/2 to 1 tasa peanut butter
    4 tbsps. sugar
    10 tasa beef stock galing sa pinakuluan ng baka
    slurry (pang-adjust ng lapot)
    Datu Puti Patis & UFC Ground Black Pepper to taste
    SET C:
    1 pirasong banana flower bud, sliced
    1 bundle pechay or bok choy
    1 bundle sitaw, cut into 2-inch slices
    4 pirasong talong, sliced
