Disappointed that Gridlock’d wasn’t discussed here - that is a really good black comedy and Roth stars alongside Tupac Shakur who’s gone on to achieve legendary status since his untimely death so it would’ve been interesting to hear Roth’s experiences working with Tupac.
I love Tim Roth. He's such a sweet, kind soul. He is extremely talented at acting. I am always impressed when he does a different accent. Some actors do a different accent for one of two films and Tim has done SO many. I love Reservoir Dogs so much. Freddy is a cutie. He's so good in Rob Roy. Amazing performance. I saw Selma a few weeks ago and he did great. His accent is so good. I'm trying to watch his entire filmography. I'm only on 50 films. About halfway there.
I was gutted when they cancelled lie to me... But the writing really did lose its quality as it went on. Got to the point where they'd just go "I believe you" but didn't explain why.

I can't believe he didn't mention Deceiver (1997), an under rated gem.
YES! I was beginning to think I was the only one who loved his performance in that movie. Or the only one who had watched that movie.
The Legend of 1900 was amazing. I wished they had talked about it.
One of my favorites of his!!
absolutely it was my favourite too
Watching Lie to me as I watch this 😂 I adore Tim Roth's techniques and just him as an actor.
Disappointed that Gridlock’d wasn’t discussed here - that is a really good black comedy and Roth stars alongside Tupac Shakur who’s gone on to achieve legendary status since his untimely death so it would’ve been interesting to hear Roth’s experiences working with Tupac.
Hard agree
I love Tim Roth. He's such a sweet, kind soul. He is extremely talented at acting. I am always impressed when he does a different accent. Some actors do a different accent for one of two films and Tim has done SO many. I love Reservoir Dogs so much. Freddy is a cutie. He's so good in Rob Roy. Amazing performance. I saw Selma a few weeks ago and he did great. His accent is so good. I'm trying to watch his entire filmography. I'm only on 50 films. About halfway there.
Lie to me was such an amazing show! It should totally come back!
The Hit is such a great movie. Great acting by Roth and Hurt. Amazing soundtrack by Clapton and Paco de Lucia
Rob Roy was GREAT! Everyone NEEDS to watch this VERY underrated film.
my dad always tried to get me to watch that as a kid. but always looked boring back then. I'll try to check it out for him
It was better than braveheart in my book. Same year.
@@lesclaypoolonbass9431 Maybe for the best as it's not a kid's movie (!), but yeah, give it a chance now!
My personal favorite was when he played Archibald Cunningham in Rob Roy!
Tim is definitely one of the best actors around! His Van Gogh was absolute!
Most iconic characters?
You mean all of them
Somehow forgot gridlock’d though
Not even close to all
No four rooms!

@@SpirusOfH 🤣the stupidest tv show ever
I was gutted when they cancelled lie to me... But the writing really did lose its quality as it went on.
Got to the point where they'd just go "I believe you" but didn't explain why.
British series: Don't go on forever.
Very happy he went over Archibald Cunningham in Rob Roy. Definitely one of his greatest performances in an extremely underrated film.
Loved him in ..little Odessa
Great actor .
The only other films not mentioned with him in it that I loved was Gridlock'd and Murder in the Heartland that was brilliant
I wish they’d included _Little Odessa_ on this list. That was one of his best and most underrated parts. A very dark and dreary film but still excellent!
It's good yes, as is the little seen Jumping at the Boneyard (1991) co-starring Samuel Jackson a rare film nobody ever talks about.
Tim Roth is the best part of every movie he is in.
