@@crystaltanart I too paint them though not as beautifully as you. I’m learning to loosen up with your tutorials. I love your work. I just finished your vintage rose and I’m loving it 🥰. Thank you
I loved painting this... I always give a xmas card to my beautiful dentist.. last year xmas tree.. very simple.... she loved it.. I asked her what she wanted this year and she said WREATH so.... here it is.... I know she will love it.. Thank you so much from Brisbane..
love your long videos, your voice is soothing and I need the calm of your voice because I have full days, crazy days and watching, listening and me painting are my calm oasis ❤❤
Thank you crystal. I really enjoyed doing this with you.I live in Cambodia as lucky enough to find some eucalyptus leaves the other day. you are very refreshing to watch!
I really enjoyed this! There is a line of eucalyptus trees near me, and the recent rain and wind caused one to fall across the road and damage a house and car! They have very shallow roots! Some have been trimmed now, but I still keep my eyes open when on this road.
Yes they are magnificent but they can also be deadly. Like the ocean, a deep forest. It can definitey be frightening being close to these big trees in a storm!
I love this painting Crystal! One thing i would say though is that a couple of times you created a couple of dry brush marks that were really beautiful and each time you filled in the whites space which i felt was a shame.
I love that observation! I must watch it back and see what you mean: that said, I am not a huge fan of the dry brush effect. So maybe that’s why I didn’t leave it.
Oh yes they smell really fresh, and actually the leaves are somewhat poisonous and only our koala bears can eat these leaves, digest and process them in their bodies.
I thought I was the only crazy person to collect fallen gum leaves, even my grandchildren have started collecting them for me. Love your colours ❤
Haha it's beautiful that your grandkids are collecting them for you now. What do you do with them?
