    That looks super delicious.
    After salting do you leave at room temperature or in refrigerator for 3 days??
    After adding other ingredients do you put in refrigerator for 7 days before eating??

      It’s at room temperature for both steps. You put it in the refrigerator once it’s ready and you start eating it.
