    សាច់ជ្រូកបីជាន់ ១គីឡូ
    អំបិល ៧០ក្រាម
    (៣ស្លាបព្រាបាយ)
    * គ្រឿងសម្រាប់ចាវ *
    អង្ករលីង ៧០ក្រាម
    (៥ស្លាបព្រាបាយ)
    រំដេង ១ខាំ
    ស្ករត្នោត ១ខាំកន្លះ
    (២ស្លាបព្រាបាយ)
    Ingredients
    Pork Belly 1kg
    Salt 70g
    * Presserve Ingredients *
    Roasted Rice Powder 70g
    (5 Table Spoons)
    Galangal 100g
    Palm sugar 150g
    សម្គាល់ ៖ Note
    * សូមលាងសម្អាតសាច់ជ្រូកឲ្យបានស្អាត ហើយជូតសម្ងួត ឬ ទុកឲ្យស្រស់ទឹកជាមុនសិន
    * សូមចំណាយពេលច្របាច់សាច់ជ្រូកជាមួួយអំបិលឲ្យបានយូររហូតដល់អំបិលជ្រាបចូលក្នុង
    សាច់សព្វល្អ ដើម្បីបង្ការកុំឲ្យសាច់ជ្រូកប្រែទៅជាស្អុយ ឬ អន់សាច់
    * ពេលដែលផ្អកមានរសជាតិជូរឆ្ងាញ់ល្មមហើយ សូមរក្សាវាទុកក្នុងទូរទឹកកក
    * Cleanly wash pork belly and pat it dry before moving to the next step.
    * Thoroughly rub the salt into pork belly to prevent rotten.
    * When the pork belly is well preserved, it taste sweet,
    salty & sour. Keep it in the fridge.
