Got a lot of buddies down here in South Georgia got those toy haulers.... They take a beating on these dirt roads down here... To where they're almost all falling apart the back door is... That looks good thanks for sharing
It's a less expensive and excellent fix for when you increase your toys & don't want to upgrade the hauler. Not for everyone I am sure, but I have never seen a commercial addition like this before. Props to the ingenuity!
I bought a 24" extension and paid $5600. I opted out of the interior panels, as I'll custom fab those myself later on. It was a one day, one man job to assemble and install it. Great product and excellent customer service from Bryan. - Recommended.
had some friends that had this done in Lake Havasu City, few years back, searched web site you showed it is same outfit, I was on top of the extensioned was sturdy
Always like the videos even before i watch it. You gotta learn something new everyday! That's part of living, right? Thank you good sir for the info and entertainment!
Great idea. Aside from added weight also need to consider the center of gravity change and possible reduced weight on the 5th wheel hitch after loading. I suppose one could back-in the UTV to help distribute engine weight toward the hauler's mid/front.
It costs $4400-7000 depending on size and design, and they have a bunch of dealers to install the kit. It looks like the kit comes as a flat pack and the parts are assembled and installed by the dealer. It can extend from 18" to 42" but your toyhauler has to be able to handle the extra weight of the extension, plus whatever you want to load in it...
Wow, that looks pretty decent! My only thought would be about the wimpy looking seals around that door, especially the top of the door where the equipment would be driving over when it’s opened up. Wouldn’t that funnel water into the rig if torn or worn? Hmm 🤔
Good idea, but expensive. Maybe another less expensive option is to move the interior wall forward. Wouldn't cost much at all if you were the handyman type and could do it yourself. But that would lose living space. Just an idea.
Looks good , I would have thought a extended fibreglass end cap would have looked better but maybe heavy , If it works it works ,, In Australia we have very strict laws on overhang from the axle rear ward , looks like it would be over , thats why a lot of vans over here have stepped back axles about 3/4 the way towards the rear , Great vid , Robert NSW Australia
I wonder if more weight out back changes how it tows, I talked to a guy that delivers toyhaulers to dealers and he said when the back of the toyhaulers are empty it puts a lot of weight on the hitch
What type of roof is on the oem roof? Was the seal between oem and extension good method to seal? What are well made toy hauler brands? Which do not hold up?
Never seen something like that before. Looks well done.
Hey, Thanks for watching! :)
Bloopers were hilarious, thanks for sharing
Glad you like them!

That looks pretty good. The only thing I would’ve done was extend the graphics, so the add on blends nicer.
The firm will do custom graphics.
Thanks for the tip
Very cool . You should go visit their facility.
Oh to have time....lol
Well built!

Hey, Thanks for watching! :)
What about axle placement and pin weight? All that is factored in to the original design.
👍👍 Good idea.

correct
I wonder how much extra weight it adds to the camper
You can contact the company and I am sure they have all the specs
Wow, I didn't know that was a thing. Funny how that 18" costs much more than my RV.
Thanks for watching

Extra weight behind the axles. I hope the owner has G rated tires on that toyhauler now.
I'm sure they take that into account
Very reasonable cost!
I thought so
That's cool
Thanks
Interesting!!!

Its pretty cool
$3300 to over 6 grand.
Ouch!
it's a do it yourself kit. Weighs 300 to 600 lbs, 18" to 42" extensions.
