  • 🙏🏼Pray Through The Beatitudes: 12 Min Meditation🙏🏼
Hear and receive the beautiful, wild, holy, and powerful words of Jesus in this guided Lectio Divina practice of the Beatitudes. In this 12 minute meditation, I'll guide us through a Divine Reading of Jesus' words in Matthew 5, inviting the Holy Spirit to reveal deeper truths to our hearts.
"What happiness comes to you when you feel your spiritual poverty! For theirs is the realm of heaven’s kingdom. What delight comes to you when you wait upon the Lord! For you will find what you long for. What blessing comes to you when gentleness lives in you! For you will inherit the earth. How enriched you are when you crave righteousness! For you will be surrounded with fruitfulness. How satisfied you are when you demonstrate tender mercy! For tender mercy will be demonstrated to you. What bliss you experience when your heart is pure! For then your eyes will open to see more and more of God. How joyful you are when you make peace! For then you will be recognized as a true child of God. How enriched you are when you bear the wounds of being persecuted for doing what is right! For that is when you experience the realm of heaven’s kingdom. How ecstatic you can be when people insult and persecute you and speak all kinds of cruel lies about you because of your love for me! So leap for joy - since your heavenly reward is great." - Matthew 5:3-12, The Passion Translation

Morning and evening spiritual meditation is a must for me in my daily routine. To me, it's like needing air for our bodies. I couldn't live without it. I'll definitely be adding this to my daily routine! Thank you and God bless you 🤗💜🌻🥰

Thanks so much Caroline! I just discovered you here, following much frustration finding faith-based meditations that also move at a pace helpful for vagal activation, etc. So many Christian meditations involve constant talking, which comes from a pure motive, but that often feels loud and rushed. Not only do I follow your guides personally, but as a therapist, I’m always looking for solid content to provide my clients! I hope that you’ll continue to grow this playlist, especially in the areas of mind/body connection, anxiety relief, and peaceful intention, etc. Your work is incredibly important, so thank you!! 🧡❤️💜

An oldie but a goodie! Just followed this during quarantine 2020. So prominent right now. And I've loved the beatitudes since I was a child. Thank you for this..

Thanks but was looking for something for my primary group; the changing of the words will confuse them.
